Bestelling betaald en geld afgeboekt van mijn rekening maar bij Techtek is daarvan niets bekend; geen bevestigings email ontvangen en produkt staat nog in mijn bestellingsmandje Heb screenshot van betaling gestuurd

Een bestelling geplaatst van meerdere artikels. 2x artikel fout geleverd. Op de eerste levering een maand moeten wachten. Geen communicatie van hen uit. Telefoon nemen ze niet op, mails beantwoorden ze bijna nooit. Nu meer dan 3 maanden verder na het plaatsen van mijn bestelling, nog geen oplossing, ik hoor niets meer van hen.

Vorig jaar een nieuwe iPad via Bol.com bij hun gekocht; de adapter ging helaas vorige week na een half jaar kapot.
Deze zou niet meer opladen.
Blijkt dit volgens de IPad store dat deze niet orgineel is, maar een hele goede kopie.
Dit wordt ontkend bij de webwinkel, maar ik vertrouw het nu niet meer.
Ik heb nog steeds garantie, maar niet als het geen orginele adapter is; dus moest ik er één kopen in de winkel voor 25 euro.
De Tech shop beloofd dat ik het bedrag terug zou krijgen binnen 2 á 3 werkdagen.
Niet dus, steeds een ander smoesje; twee keer zeggen dat ze het geld niet kunnen terug storten, omdat ze mijn bankrekening niet hebben.
Deze heb ik al tweemaal toegestuurd en nu is het ineens 3 tot 5 werkdagen vanaf vandaag.
Ze houden je gewoon aan het lijntje en hopen volgens mij dat als je maar lang genoeg je belofte van terug storten blijft traineren je het opgeeft.

Ze vinden het ook best als je een klacht indient; eigen keus wordt je gezegd via de mail.
Niet telefonisch bereikbaar geeft ook al te denken.

Ik zie nu via Backmarket (andere naam van hun?) dat ze refurbished artikelen verkopen en bij Bol deze dus als nieuw verkopen.

I heard about this company's FREE 30 minutes of online computer help 24/7 from anywhere in the world like anyone who hears about a company giving something for free I couldn't help it if my hopes didn't skyrocket but their service did. I was able to save at least a hundred dollars and who knows how many days or weeks from going to another major company like the *UGH* :*( geek squad when these guys were able to help me from after hours in another time zone within minutes of me making my call, removed 37 viruses and now I can finally get work done again! Thanks Tech Shop!
