Great quality and experience
Great offer meant we saved so much by ordering directly rather than through furniture village. The sofa turned up on roughly on schedule and we had plenty of updates to let us know the stages. The sofa and armchair we ordered are such good quality and exactly what we wanted! Only slight down side was the delivery company and their website were difficult to deal with. Had a date given, then a cancellation for no reason, but luckily only made a week difference. Would definitely recommend

Excellent customer service - they want to get it right!
There were some challenges with our new sofa fabric, they didnt fob us off. Ellen has been helpful all the way through and we are looking forward very much to our replacement in 9 weeks.

You have chosen pet friendly fabric for your sofa which is designed to be durable and stop liquids penetrating the fabric, this does create a firmer sit as the air does not disperse as it would with other fabrics.
You do have a 14 day money back guarantee where by you can return your furniture for refund if should change your mind.

I was really struggling to buy a sofa…
I was really struggling to buy a sofa that fitted what I needed (went to at least 5 stores, main ones included) but I went in here and described the unique nature of the size and style I wanted and the shop assistant helped me to get exactly what I wanted in more. She also through in some vital design advice. Definitely recommend.

I’ve not yet taken delivery yet of my new Sofa, but the buying experience at The Lounge Co in Islington could not have been better , a nice spacious showroom where you can try most things out , so much better than online alone , where you just don’t know what you will get . Paulina was very friendly , extremely knowledge, confident in the products , and helpful from start to finish . All round good service . Thank you .

Damaged on delivery
Unfortunately one of my sofas I ordered from the lounge company was delivered with a relatively large hole at the back.
This was 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a repair with no compensation offered.
