Order was placed on 31/12/25 and the deposit paid on 02/01/26.

I had to confirm a new fabric as the one I had selected on the site was discontinued, which was fine, I received some swatches on Thursday 08/01 (a little later than I expected but no big deal, though I did phone them that day too asking) and confirmed this on 09/01 via call.

This was the last I heard from them until I called them myself on Friday 06/02/26 only to be told there was no update and that they would get me one the following week.

This was a little concerning at this point as they advertise a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks, but not the absolute end of the world, if taken from the 9th when I confirmed the fabric then that was only the 4th week.

There were no updates the following Monday or Tuesday. I emailed on Tuesday expecting a response on Wednesday (not realising at the time they are closed Wednesday). Finally received the response on Thursday 12/02/26 saying that they had to make the difficult decision to cancel my order due to no longer finding it viable to deliver to Scotland. Their website very clearly states they offer service all over the UK.

I had had 4 phonecalls with them and not once did anyone express concern over the location. The swatches and receipts were posted to my location (which is central Scotland) without any issue. Then, suddenly, they've taken the decision to not deliver here after I've lost out on the January sales and other incentives to purchase at the time and already dismantled my old bed in preparation.

Got the Tokyo King Ottoman with all the extras. Great purchase from initial enquiry to delivery and build. The bed looks fantastic and has a good amount of storage beneath. The customer service is brilliant. Danielle rung me day after purchase to discuss options, confirm I was happy with what I had ordered and then sent me material samples as they can look slightly different when viewing on PC. She also provided me with some model numbers of TVs that were compatible as I opted to buy my own. The delivery lads turned up and built the bed, set it up and gave me a quick run though of how to operate it and connect the Bluetooth etc. They were nice lads, cleaned up after themselves, removed the rubbish and were on their way inside 45 minutes. All in all a top outfit who I would recommend to anyone. MOST IMPORTANT IN MY OPINION - the girls in Customer Service were open and honest from the outset about delivery expectations as I had previously been let down by another firm who I then cancelled my order with. I couldn't honestly have asked for more in terms of the service and quality which I feel is lacking with alot of companies who are happy to take your money after making false promises. Fully deserved 5 stars for Tellybeds!!

Website advertisers within 4 weeks delivery its actually 8. Bed delivered and installed ok. Purchased superking 40inch tv adjustable bed very expensive . Added 2 adjustable hybrid mattress top price with excellent description. Tried to use them for 2 weeks absolute torture . Can feel every spring , sink at the sides cheap nasty mattress. Unable to return because thats not their policy so stuck with nasty mattress that cost a fortune . My advice frames are good but dont get the mattress

I purchased a tv bed from this company in October 2020. The sale through to the workmanship has been outstanding!!! The bed was made to order in a duck egg green colour and it looks fantastic.

Recently I contacted the company about the lift mechanism as the TV was not mounting properly- No fault of the company and due to COVID and being a single working parent just had not managed to contact them.

I contacted Donna who was the most kindest caring helpful person and she contacted the warehouse who advised I needed a different type of mount and to my amazement they are sending me one out for free!!!

Prior to this when I first brought the bed the mattress I wanted was not in stock and as a good will gesture they upgraded my mattress and paid half the extra.

They have excellent customer service and the only downside is my 5 year old son had taken over the bed. Lol when he’s old enough will be getting him to buy himself one and a new one for me.

Amazing service from start to finish. I wasn't keen that the design I had chosen came with a solid base, so Tellybeds offered to swap the base to a slatted base with no extra cost, which was amazing. Having received my fabric sample, I wasn't keen upon close inspection, so Tellybeds went to another supplier to find a material that matches exactly what I'm after. The customer service has been faultless, very prompt responses via email, and helpful over the phone too. They have gone above and beyond all expectations. Would highly recommend. Bed was installed very quickly, under half an hour with no disruption. Would highly recommend Tellybeds to anyone thinking of getting a TV Bed!

Due to a house move we wanted a particular delivery date for our new TV bed. Telly Beds were extremely helpful and have been extremely flexible. Great attitude from the lady on the telephone and superb service.

We purchased our TV bed from Tellybeds in September 2020 and we couldn't be happier.

The bed was being fitted in a bedroom in a loft extension. We had previously bought a TV bed from another company but they had been unable to get the bed to the room, not exactly straining themselves in the attempt. Tellybeds, on the other hand, had no such problems and were happy to go the extra mile to ensure the unit could be transferred up to our loft.

We'd decided to use our existing 43" TV and had a few issues fitting it (entirely of our own making!). We contacted Tellybeds who couldn't be more helpful, assisting us in getting things set up quickly and effectively.

We can heartily recommend purchasing your bed from Tellybeds.

A luxury TV bed was purchased which was top end price, however the quality was really bad and the customer service was even worse. It seems this company is happy to take your money but then refuse to put things right. The leather bed brought started to peal and leather came off, no one buys a bed for it to damage this badly. Extremely disappointed, avoid this company at all Costs and get a bed from a company with a better reputation. Cheap quality beds that won’t last you.

Purchased an adjustable tv bed. from Tellybeds, and found them to be an excellent company to do business with. the TV lift mechanism is fully remote controlled and has power lift and descent and the adjustable option is quiet and so far reliable. the bed was delivered on the date specified using direct delivery from the factory and assembled on site by the Tellybeds delivery staff who were courteous and efficient. when ordered a sample of the chosen fabric was sent. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. All in all, great value great service and excellent product. would highly recommend.

I was shopping around for a TV bed but struggling to find one to fit in our attic bedroom as the headboards were all too big. One phone call to Tellybeds and they told me they could build a bespoke bed for the same price as their standard, and make the headboard to whatever height I wanted! I also wanted to mix & match - liked the headboard from one style and the foot end from another - no problem.

I was able to pay in 2 instalments and was kept informed about my delivery date which was adhered to.

The bed was installed in our bedroom by 2 fitters who arrived bang on time and completed the job with no complaining about our 3 flights of stairs!

So all in all a great experience which is so unusual to find nowadays!

I ordered from DREAMS.CO.UK and after a horrific experience , 45 days later and finally a refund, i ordered from tellybeds. It arrived within 2 weeks, they called to confirm they were on their way, lovely men, set up the whole thing within an hour, and they were on their way. Lovely bed, perfect service, no hassle. WELL DONE!
