I got a quote of £300 for a Samsung Tablet, plus a bonus £10 using their code. They received it on Monday morning, and I was offered exactly what they quoted. I was paid around 5 pm that day, which was excellent service.

Sent phone back without repair and lied.
I bought a z5 fold phone from them on backmarket. They advertised it as A grade quality. But when it arrived it had scratches and scuffs all over it. Complained to backmarket and they refunded the difference. Then 6 months later the screen started bubbling and comming away from the phone. Within warranty I raised a complaint and sent it in for repair. 1 week later they sent the phone back without any repair and the same problems. Will be ensuring I never get a phone or anything from these cowboys again.
