In my package was a card telling me they would buy my old damaged phone transaction which took just 2 days was great however I was honest about condition

Don't bother they take no liability they don't back up their claims and I'm not left with a faulty phone (when it comes back).

Read the negative reviews about trading here and you don't want to touch them wish I had first !

I was quoted £130 for my MacBook Air for a trade in, so I reset the laptop and packaged it up. When they received it they counter offered to £40 and claimed that the trackpad/Touch ID didn't work.
I have used this laptop daily for years and an hour before I posted it, I had to reset the laptop, using the track pad....
this is purely a scam, and I can see many other people have experienced the same thing. I can almost guarantee they are going to return my MacBook damaged, when in fact it was perfect when it left me.
Avoid Tech Tiger.

Update, I have now received the laptop back and opened it up, turned it on and surprise surprise the track pad works perfectly, they tried to claim it was broken so that they could buy my laptop for £40.
A full blown scam, that I am raising with Back Market and trading standards.

Phone looks brand new! I can't see a mark on it! Delighted. It arrived really quickly and was well packaged. I'll definitely order from this company the next time I need to buy a phone.

I'm happy with the device, in pristine condition. So far working well. Battery 91%. I akso like the addition of a fast charger.
4 stars only because the package wasn't delivered due to an error by the sender. I had to collect it.

I was originally offered £74 for an old Samsung S20 but when they received my phone they reduced the offer to £15 due to LCD screen burn.
This was not visually evident to me in the original photos they provided but subsequently was explained and demonstrated by them further.
While I was disappointed with the lower offer, I understand the reasons behind it (cost of replacement of LCD screen).
They were quick to post my phone back free of charge at my request.
Unfortunate that it didn't work out on this occasion, maybe next time!

Easy and straightforward way to sell your phone. Received a label via email, posted phone, had an acknowledgment of receipt and the money was in my account within 24 hours.

I have used these guys many times for selling on my phones. They have always been brilliant and always give you the price advertised (not like some cowboys, that try to make out that your phone isn't in the condition one has said!)
Their prices are the best one can get also.

They are ultra efficient, and within moments of receiving the phone, they send an email of acknowledgement, which is very reassuring. Later, on the same day the money promised appears in my bank account.

I love how they also send a certificate confirming that all data has been fully cleaned from the phone.

I'll be back again in the near future I expect! 😉
