ASUS ROG Phone 6
In December 2023, I purchased an ASUS ROG Phone 6 from Supero. I was attracted to Supero because their pricing was several hundred dollars cheaper than the alternatives, although I was worried by some of the negative reviews that I had read.
The phone itself arrived in perfect condition and with an electrical adapter included, which was nice. It did take a week or two for the phone to even be shipped, but once it did it traveled quite quickly, especially once it had arrived within my country itself.
Overall, there is nothing bad that I can say about Supero: my experience with them has been great.

Item arrived quickly, ( considering it was early December the busiest time of the year) would use Supero again.
No Comms & False Delivery Dates
I do not recommend this company. I have had a similar experience to other low star users.
I purchased a phone from Supero on 5 Dec 23, with a delivery date of 6-9 working days.
On 6 Dec I received an automated email advising that the order was changed to "awaiting shipment".
On 12 Dec the order was still not shipped so I started communicating with them, but had no replies.
I sent more emails with no replies.
I then opened a dispute with PayPal. On the 19th Dec I received an email advising my phone was not in stock and a refund was actioned.
Terrible communication and false information about stocking supplies and delivery dates.

I would never recommend to buy from supero, recently bought pixel 7 pro and phone gets too hot while using, contact supero via email so many times as they don’t have phone number for customers to contact, every time they saying to reset phone and it’s still the same. it takes at least week to reply to emails, worst after sale customer service.

I think they are dodgy.
Call me a fool, I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they couldn't provide the great iPhone 13 deal.
They do not reply to messages.
It wasn't until I chased PayPal for a refund I get an apology stating sold out.
Second time the deal came up, it was more expensive but an ok deal. So I thought how bad can they be, the deal had just been listed?
They are bad.. so bad they take your money & pretend to process an order with the advice shipping 1-3 business days..
2 weeks later,nothing, no replies..
Have just got PayPal involved again for my refund.
Never again.
Heed this advice from a two time loser 😜
Communication could be improved
Happy with the final product however Communication was very average with no reply to any emails querying the delay in the item being dispatched after payment was made 13 days earlier. Status of ordered eventually changed to shipped.

The shop grossly understates shipping times (to NZ) and takes days if not weeks to respond to any queries.
I have been waiting three weeks now for my order and I have yet to receive a tracking number.
Stay away from it no matter how intriguingly cheap their wares seem to be.
+ 1 Week - still no parcel , not even a tracking number and no response to my query I sent 2 weeks ago!

I personally would not recommend this shop see listed below for my experience just to put it in short.
1.
Customer service is terrible they hardly respond. Can take up to a month to get one email. If you’re lucky.

Apparently there phones come new but then upon doing a bit of digging one representative told me these phones do sometimes go on display on the rear occasion meaning customers can open them.
Explains the one sided tape.
Appearing to be new.
3.
Phone had a minor scuff on the metal top left hand corner, maybe a manufacturing error but they said it’s still a new phone??? it might be new but someone’s opened it and dropped it. Or there’s been a manufacturing error.

The moment I wanted a little bit of money back for this inconvenience for me by buying a phone they cut all communication.

Overall experience.
I would not shop here if your a new customer. They are full of excuses and there items are a gamble on your part.
They will not refund you and they will not compensate you if there is a minor fault with the phone.
Worst company I have ever dealt with it’s been 3 to 4 months now and I have finally given up.

I purchased a phone from supero and there was a mix up between customer service and there overseas warehouse,so the phone was not shipped until I asked questions, Damian t was very good to deal with and he sent the phone priority shipping to help me out , which I appreciated
I can recommend supero ,there prices are sharp and on point and the service is excellent , they go above and beyond if there is an issue

STAY AWAY
Paid for Google Pixel 7 Pro. They said it would be dispatched within the next 1 - 3 working days for the next three weeks but never dispatched it. After following up a few times, they came back to me and said that the phone was not in stock. Cancelled the order and requested full refund but haven't heard back since. Really hoping that they would come back very soon.
Terrible and dishonest seller. Stay well clear off them.
[EDIT] Received a full refund after 4 days of chasing up. While it is a relief, I still strongly recommend to stay away from these guys.
