Being ignored isn’t good customer service..

I would like to raise a concern regarding a payment issue for a course that cost over £500. The payment was taken twice, and when I noticed the error, instead of requesting an immediate refund, I opted to be transferred to another course. Initially, this was agreed upon, but the process has since become unnecessarily complicated. I was passed between multiple contacts, and despite over two months of email correspondence, I have still not been transferred to the new course. To make matters worse, my last four emails have gone unanswered, leaving me £1,000 out of pocket with no resolution in sight.

I approached this matter cooperatively from the outset and even left a review for one of their free courses that was included with my purchase. The quality of the course I originally purchased was not up to standard, so instead of requesting a refund, I simply asked to be transferred. The willingness to accommodate has not been met with the same level of professionalism or responsiveness.

I would appreciate immediate attention to resolve this matter.

Signed up to Prince2 courses, for 3 months ive been requesting the peoplecert exam voucher via email, voicemail and chatbot. They have continually ignoring my requests. DO NOT USE.

Exceptional Quality - Taught by official ITIL4 Author!


I recently completed two exceptional ITIL4 courses with Study365: "Direct, Plan and Improve" and "Create, Deliver and Support", and I am beyond impressed with the experience. The tutor, Ian McDonald, is an esteemed author of the official ITIL subjects, and his extensive corporate expertise shines throughout the lessons. Having such a highly regarded professional as a tutor is a rare privilege and significantly enhanced my understanding of the content and its practical applications.

Ian McDonald’s ability to illustrate complex concepts with real-world examples made the material engaging and easy to grasp. The lecture notes and summaries provided were an excellent supplement to my own notes, ensuring I had everything I needed to succeed. The discussions that accompanied the practice exams were invaluable, helping me consolidate my learning and boosting my exam readiness.

POOR SERVICE

I studied the foundation and practitioner course with study 365. At first all seemed well, materials were good. The course content video's were not that engaging but ok. I then got my exam code for the foundations course. I finished the practitioner course and waited for the code, but nothing arrived. I have chased this multiple times now by phone, e-mail, online requests and to no avail. When I have spoken to someone on the phone they promise to sort it out but nothing. My first code has now expired and I have wasted my money studying for these courses and cant get the formal qualifications!! WOULD NOT RECOMMENT THIS PROVIDER!!

Fraudulent

After completing your course, you won't receive your exam voucher, which means you won't be able to get your qualification.
I paid hundreds of pounds, and have been emailing them for over a year to no avail.
Don't waste your time, or money.

Taking them to court for fraud

I am currently in the process of taking this company to court via small claims.
I done a course over a year ago and since have not heard from them regarding my certificates.
I have spent lots of money with this company so will be claiming all this back plus more due to the loss of earnings.
Do NOT study with this company. Scam and fraud

Scam company

I studied the online PRINCE2 Agile course and the material was decent enough however had I read trustpilot first I’d have realised this is not a legitimate company so be warned. The material costs nothing but they buy the exams from peoplecert which is where the cost comes in, hence why nobody receives exam vouchers. I advise people to contact peoplecert direct so they are aware and as many people do this maybe it will make a difference. Please also contact trading standards as this company needs to be taken down. There is an online form on the citizens advice page that you can use. Also if you have paid using a credit card try and get your money back through a section 75, I am currently going through this process.

5 Stars for Study365

I’m currently enrolled in the Administrator – Level 3 course with Study365, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, the information provided before signing up was clear and concise, making the enrollment process incredibly straightforward.

After signing up, I received a welcome email from my Key Account Manager, Ian Carter, who has been fantastic. Ian ensured I could access the portal without any issues and was a great help in navigating it for the first time. His support made the start of my learning journey smooth and stress-free.

The course itself is excellent—informative, challenging, and flexible enough to allow you to learn at your own pace. This combination has made the experience both engaging and rewarding.

I highly recommend Study365 for anyone looking to further their education or skills. Not only is the Administrator – Level 3 course excellent, but they also offer a wide range of courses, and I’m confident the quality and service are consistently top-notch across the board. A fantastic experience all around!

Systematic Fraud? Never Buy from Study365 or any other trading name of Imperial Learning LTD!!!!

I bought a Prince 2 (6th editionX) exam course with this dubious company in August 2023 and only received my exam voucher after more then six months and having had sent numerous emails as they never answer the phone (although their sales phone number is always contactableX). Only after I threatened to take legal action against them did they finally email the the exam code. I could enter the code on the PeopleCert website but when trying to book an exam I wasn't able to do so online as this code was somehow blocked and after I caller the Peoplesoft customer support number all they could do was to escalate the case up so I will have to wait for a reply for them. On the phone I was simply told that there is an issue with the exam code issued by Study365.
The company's overall rating with 4.2 seemed to be okay but when I started reading comments than nearly all the one start reviews were about exactly the same issue following the same 'response' pattern by this alleged scam comany - that this company is allegedly deliberately delaying to send out exam vouchers for Prince 2 exams (edition 6 and 7) for as long as possible and not sending out a good many of them at all with eventually either a false promise of (only a partial maximum aobut 60%) refund that never seems to materialise.
Stupidly, I had also ordered a course with them for my Prince 2 Practitioner exam and despite many many emails over a very long period of time they failed to provide any at all. They kept replying stating a range of (fake) 'reasons' incuding a company wide IT glitch and that they had issues with PeopleCert regarding purchasing vouchers among other delay tactics 'reasons'.
The last email reply I received from Study365 was from 7 May 2024, after that they simply did not reply or update me at all. The core text of this last email from them is quoting:
"I am writing to provide you with an update regarding the processing of your exam voucher.

As mentioned earlier, we encountered a system glitch that has resulted in a delay in processing the vouchers. I understand the importance of this matter to you and want to assure you that your voucher is our top priority. Our team is actively working with the relevant departments to rectify this issue as swiftly as possible.

I am pleased to inform you that your exam voucher will be included in the first batch to be issued once the problem is resolved. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated. "
Given that the exam voucher code for the Prince 2 Foundation exam (6th edition) took over 6 months and numours emails and attempts to call them (never answered any call) and that this voucher code seems to have an issue, which prevents me to book an exam before the 6th edition exams will be totally discontinued on 31 Decemer 2024 because of an 'issue' with Study365's voucher, as stated by PeopleCert's phone line support (I spoke to an actual person not a Bot) and given that many many other 'customers' of this company stated exactly the same issues, there seems to be a regular pattern of deliberately delaying issuing exam vouchers for about 6 months or not issuing them at all and in very few cases 'offering' a maximum about 60% 'refund', which again also months after being promised a refund, this never materialises.
Given all this and having done a google and gov uk Company House check for the registered mother company of Study365, i.e. for Imperial Learning LTD, there seem to be similar serious service issues for the other educational comany brands under which they trade in the UK.
To sum all of my over a year long schambolic experiences with this company leads to only one conclusion, that allegedly Imperial Learning LTD is systematically and deliberately frauding its customers (only a certain minor percentage to keep its prices competitive vis a vis its competitors) but a steady percentage of customers who want to study for Prince 2 (6th and 7th edition) experienced major delays or total factual refusal in getting exam vouchers issued.
The legal advice I received stated that I should contact this company one last time for a written statement before referring them via the Citizens Advice website or live telephone advice service to UK Trading Standards.
If you are based in England, I ask other victims to follow the same example to report this company via Citizens Advice to Trading Standards so that they have enough grounds to have court action started against the mother company Imperial Learning LTD.

Offered a free course for a review!

I have received an email from Study365 offering a free course in return for a positive review.

I've never been a customer of Study365 but have received emails including my name and other information that I have never given them. I have asked them why they have my information but never received a response.

Can't say I would ever trust them with my financial information to pay for a course if they can't say how they have your name and email.

Worst learning experience of my life - AVOID

I found this to be the worst learning experience I've ever faced. Poor quality video content, slow responses (or no responses) from customer services along the way. I paid to extend my PRINCE 2 course by 6 months and they put me on a different version of the course with no explanation so I ended up starting again. I signed up to this course as it advertised there would be revision webinars but when I tried to sign up to such a webinar I wasn't able to, the eventual response from customer services after requesting a recording (it took 6 weeks for the response) was that they weren't offering any webinars? Why advertise the fact they offer this service and advertise a specific date for one if they don't exist? Therefore there is NO contact time with any tutors at all despite what the blurb says. I did the mock exam questions, I should have been able to do this mock exam several times but I wasn't able to refresh it once I'd done it, I wrote to customer services, again, no response. I ended up taking and failing my PRINCE2 foundation exam - the first exam I've failed in my life! I never write negative reviews but had such a bad experience I thought it important to share (especially when they sent a marketing email asking for positive reviews in exchange for course discounts etc...)

Shambolic

Absolute shambles. I paid for my course months ago and I keep having my "case investigated" whenever I request my voucher. I now have multiple friends who started Prince2 with other course providers who have already finished their courses, as I wait for mine.
Its insanely unfortunate and unprofessional, I definitely would not recommend.
Poor communication and huge delays to be expected.

Hideous absolutely hideous

Hideous absolutely hideous! I have waited over 9 months to get my exam code to take the practitioners exam. NO ONE responds to my emails, WhatsApp's or chats. I have lost numerous job opportunities as I need this qualification. They are a JOKE! For something that cost nearly £1000. It’s disgusting! Find a different provider is my advice!

As of 27th January I am still awaiting the code to take the exam, I will will lodging a complaint with UCAS, UKRLP and OFQAL..... I just want to sit the exam I have paid for!

Course review,I signed up with study 365 for my Prince2 Foundation course valid for 12months ,which has all the necessary resources and allows you to book your exam when you are ready ,Ian was very helpful in sorting out my query and made sure registration for my exam was made swiftly ,very pleased with the customer support.

If you prefer online

If you prefer online, self-taught training at your own pace rather than via a classroom then this is a good option. The course materials are easily accessed and good at directing you through the various stages. The Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner course is recommended

Terrible Experience - AVOID!

Terrible Experience!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Getting access to the Prince2 7 Foundation course content and materials was fine, no issues there.

However, I completed and submitted the course and waited for a notification for my exam code - I waited. And waited. And waited. 5 months later, after many chase emails to various email addresses, I finally got my code.

The email contact who responded actually had the cheek to request a 5 star Trust Pilot rating, even to the point of offering me a free course if I did - I obviously declined!
