I bought these after a close friend took his own life to. Absolutely shocking quality clothing! Horrid material in this modern age, like the old polyester bedsheets from the 70s! Gross!
Sizes were way off too. The XL t shirt was definitely a medium! The hoodie is awful. Feels like you'll light up a room with static if anyone comes near you and the elastic round the waist is none existent.
Really disappointed with this. Wish I'd read the reviews first, what an absolute rip off! You should be ashamed!

The company kept me up to date than any company ever has.
Unfortunately I ordered the 2XL and its too big so I am ordered the XL.
It comes with a t-shirt too. I love the message it sends and love the idea. It feels lovely and soft too. Nothing bad to say.

As others have said, the sizing is ridiculous. Could fit 2 of me in it after going off their size guide. I'm up to a possible 35% refund or return to China at €75. Avoid completely this company. They sell cheap worthless rubbish that isn't fit for purpose. Wish I could give 0 stars but 1 is the minimum.

Took their advice re sizing and received a hoodie that would fit two people wearing it at the same time. Refund please I requested. After about five or six email exchanges was offered at 30% refund or return to China and it will cost me €75 to return for a €25 refund. Ridiculous. AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS.

Very poor experience with this company.

I ordered because they appeared to support a good cause, but when I asked for a refund, they made the process as difficult as possible. Instead of simply accepting the return, they repeatedly offered discounts on future purchases and partial refunds to persuade me to keep the item.

When I finally insisted on returning it, I was told I would have to send it back to China at my own cost — which would cost more than the item itself.

In my opinion, this feels like a deliberate tactic to discourage customers from returning items and getting their money back. I would not order from them again and would warn others to be very careful before buying.

Do not waste your money! The material quality of the hoody is absolutely rubbish and has no shape at all, a brown bin bag would look much the same and the free large T-shirt would just about fit a Barbie Doll.

Absolutely zero update after placing the order £46 up the spout I guess. Use emotional post to take money.

Very poor service. They sent a tshirt and hoodie. Hoodie was perfect but tshirt was so tiny I could not even get into it. All they could offer was a 50% discount on the next order or a 10 discount if I returned the shirt at my expense.
Quite disgusting service and I suggest you stay well clear of this company.

Seemed like a great cause at first, then it turned out to be a front for poorly made clothing at high prices with fraudulent customer service support. Don’t believe me? Try returning anything.

The delivery was faster than expected, however the hoodie was pure polyester and the t-shirt was so small It was laughable ....2xl I dont think so ....very poor effort , wont order from here again , shame as I wanted to buy something that supported a great cause

I ordered a medium hoodie that came with a free t-shirt. The hoodie arrived and to say it was a little large was an under statement.

After exchanging many emails and them openly admitting it was their error in shipping the wrong size, their latest offer to me today was a 25% refund or for me to pay €75 to return it for a full refund.
I’m still thrashing it out with them but don’t expect to see my hard earned cash returned.
For any future customers - the quality of the hoodies is absolute crap. The cheapest of cheap. The customer service is non existent!

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. The product I received did not match expectations in quality or fit, so I requested a return within their stated 30-day policy.

According to their own website, if a return is accepted, they will provide a return shipping label. However, when I contacted customer service, they told me I would be responsible for return shipping and repeatedly tried to push partial refunds or discounts instead of honoring a proper return.

It took multiple emails just to get clear answers, and the process felt intentionally difficult. Their actions did not match their stated return policy.

I would strongly recommend being cautious when ordering, as the return process is not as straightforward as advertised.

Do not order anything from this company - as other people have already said. I ordered 3 x 2 XL t shirts and what they sent was no bigger than a small or extra small t shirt. Their customer service is a complete joke - again as other customers have already stated.
Please avoid Still Here clothing as this company is a complete joke !!!!!

Worst company ever. Proper scam. Take days to reply never sent the items only received the small gift item that is a t shirt that from free gift its nothing as i paid 50 pounds for the sweat and never received nothing. Don’t buy from them. Don’t worth. Using the slogan you are enough. It’s enough about this bullshit company.

This is a scam!!! Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered two T-shirt’s and a hoodie, the site at the time did not mention they were not U.S. sizing. The xl is a U.S. medium. Customer service completely dismisses anything that is said. I wanted to send my order back due to the TERRIBLE quality and sizes. The material is extremely itchy and the wording was uneven and already peeling. They will not refund me anything even though it was within their return and quality policy. Absolute bs. They only offered 50% off the next order. I will be contacting my bank to dispute this scam business. Do not waste your money on this company. They are taking advantage of people who want to support those with mental health. Shame to this company.

I received a sweater from stillcosy.com according to my bank statement! I did see it on line but didn’t think I’d ordered it! When it arrived there was no indication as to where it had come from. A second label had been added over the first! which said the same thing????When I opened the package there was no written information anywhere. No return info, no label on the garment not even any cleaning advice Quality was not as good as one would expect and it is way way too big. No use to me at all! I would have thought it was someone else’s order but it was addressed to me and I’ been charged £133. That’s a lot of money. Be very careful if you buy from this company. I won’t again..
