Pati was excellent giving us time space to decide on our purchase. When I return to pay the store was closing but she stayed on proving her professionalism. Very impressed.

I placed my order online and then…
I placed my order online and then wanted to change it. I went into store and found the service from 2 members of staff in particular Mustafa who was very patient with me and didn't get tired of explaining things to me even though the sale was made online. I did encounter some staff who were not as nice and I didn't like their sales approach but Mustafa really made the experience a good one.

Patrrycja was brilliant she even got carpet samples out so we could see how it would look. She wasn't pushy, very polite, lovely girl

Staff at the store were great.
Staff at the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. Alisha who helped us with our purchase was was great. Nothing was too much trouble answered all our questions and informed us of the guarantees that sofoligy provide. You buy things from people not places and alisha certainly demonstrated trust and competency.

The man, the myth, the sofa selling legend
Harrison was really helpful and made the process nice and straightforward for ‘tards like me. He gave us the store number and said to ask for him if we have any questions after our purchase which we did funnily enough and he answered and gave us peace of mind.

Outstanding customer service from Sakander from start to finish. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and tailored his advice carefully around our views and requirements. His knowledge was exceptional, and he explained everything clearly and patiently, which gave us real confidence in our decisions. Thank you Harrison you helped us with our order. We first came in early this year January and we ended up ordering in December. Very knowledgable and made everything clear. Even a year later you were still here and ended up taking our order.
