Been in to store 3 times now and all the staff have been lovely. No pressure just very helpful . Finally chose sofas today and Steve was excellent throughout .

Our Salesman Steve explained everything in great detail, had a good knowledge of his products and therefore our purchase was due to him

We viewed a lot of sofas across different shops and we felt that one of the great things about Sofology was that the staff left us to look at the sofas as we wished, checking in on us but not hovering. There was no pressure from them which was a great appeal for my partner and I. Rob from Thurrock was great at explaining the different shapes, material and colours we could get. He went out of his way to find examples of the different colours available for us and explained the process and aftercare very clearly. Thank you.

Salesman went through everything and made the experience enjoyable

Ameet was extremely helpful answering all my questions. His knowledge about the sofa I was purchasing was was fantastic. He was able the answer questions before they had left my mouth!
Some sales assistant can come across as pushy but Ameet was far from this. It was a please being served by him.

John in the Thurrock store was very helpful. He was informative and friendly. The process was smooth and easy. He gave us space to make decisions but was also very good when we needed help choosing the colour.

The staff member who served us was polite and knowledgeable. He explained all the options and overall it was quite good experience.

We was promptly served by Rob in the Thurrock branch. He was fantastic at guiding us to what would be suitable for our home, pros and cons of materials for our day to day needs and thoroughly explained all aspects of the sofa in detail. We are very thankful for his help!!

The choice and selection was helpful at the store and the staff were helpful, friendly, professional but not too pushy. The advice given about the finance and payment was incorrect and poor. Logging onto the account on the finance company's website is also poor and slow. You will pay a deposit and at least two monthly payments before you receive your furniture. If you make a large payment it reduces the length of your credit agreement not the monthly payments which was contrary to the advice given b6 the store.

Great service today from Ameen! Not overly “sales-like”, super knowledgeable and helpful!
