We had a wonderful sales person called…
We had a wonderful sales person called James . All the staff in the Hanley store didn’t bother us but were there to help us if we needed any help . Thanks to James we were able to see the fabrics we chose online and eventually ordered our favourite settee . James was very knowledgeable and enjoyed working at this store (which makes a difference) . Thank you James and the staff in the Hanley branch

Extremely friendly assist that I had a great laugh with. Surprised to know that she had been with the store for 12 years. Also noticed enough mature, smiling, and smart staff also on the floor. The store looked clean too.

Suzanne was really helpful, knowledgeable and patient, helping us to make the right choices for our new corner sofa and armchairs. She took us through everything step by step, making the purchase simple and straightforward. Great at upselling too! So excited for delivery!

Easy purchase process but lacks the personal touch
The purchasing process was nice and easy, everything was explained well. There wasn’t much of a personal sales process which I think is a shame and I was not offered any refreshments during the purchasing process which understandably does take time! I think being offered this is an extra touch especially as sofology is a more premium sofa shop.
