The guy who served us was fantastic, all the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and gave us the space to just browse initially!

Super Nes
Nes was great she really helped us get the right sofa and made a great coffee.
The colour swatch we chose had been put on the wrong stand which meant that we could not have what we wanted but Nes helped us choose an alternative.

Excellent customer service
It was our first time buying a sofa from Sofology, the customer service from Nessi was excellent. Nessi was kind, patient (she needed the patience of a saint with me as I was so indecisive), and really professional. I was not pressured in to buying anything, and she answered all of my questions. Nessi was really helpful and let us browse at our own leisure. The whole team were really friendly, professional, and welcoming. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Sofology in Rotherham.

Tara was extremely helpful in all 3 visit to store and wasn’t too pushy like most sales people are at these places she’s was helpful and knowledgeable! Would defo recommend using her services again.

Very welcoming
Very welcoming, Tony came told me his name and said if I need help just wave. Then left me to browse by myself. I found a recliner chair I liked, he came over and went through everything with me . Very friendly and easy to talk to . First purchase with Sofology. Very good customer service.

Nice relaxed & friendly environment with no pressure at all. The team were all very friendly. We were helped today by Adrian, who was very knowledgeable of the products offered, as well as being very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience. Happy customers 👍 Thanks again.

Easy to buy
Easy to buy, no pressure from the staff to purchase. Super comfy and reasonable price ( didn’t haggle though!).
Disappointly wouldn’t volunteer to come and decorate pre delivery but you can’t have everything - Thanks Nessy!
