Thank you for awarding us 5 stars Nicky
Good experience
We were welcomed into the store by Sai who asked our requirements and led us to the units that related to our needs. she explained all the options and answered all questions honestly, the main thing for us was that Sai was not pushy and did not pressure us for a sale, if she had we would have left the store. All in all Sai provided a positive purchase experience.

From browsing around the store to making a purchase was effortless, I would highly recommend a visit to Sofology if you’re looking for some new furniture, and if Sai assists you, you will be in very good hands. Thanks, Michael.

Sales experience
No pushy sales people, just friendly advice & chat. We weren't ready to buy when we started looking. But that wasn't a problem to Kate.
We went back to buy & had a similar experience with another person
I can't fault them
Thank you

Sofa shopping
Staff weren't pushy let you walk around to look in your own time then help when needed, and more modern looking sofas than other stores.
