Natalja was very freindly and helpful and explained everthing thoroughly. She gave us options to consider and helped us in finalising our choices.

We were welcomed to the store but then left alone to browse. When we asked for help the young man that helped us was polite and very helpful.

We visited a few sofa stores today, but we return to the hull one as we picked the sofa we liked but also the service was spot on, Holly helped us they were not pushy just the right amount of helpful, the gentleman who also made a banging cuppa was great sorry didn't get his name

The lady that served us was amazing (at hull I can’t remember her name but she had a little boy) and gave us options rather than just saying we can’t do that. She made she we was aware of everything size, the way it would look etc. She also was able to fit it to our budget by giving us different financial options. Lovely member of staff, efficient service. Only coplaint is old fabric was out that they no longer did for the sof i chose.

Nice store, great ambiance.
Charlotte greeted us early on in the store, she wasn't pushy and very knowledgeable. We explained what kind of sofa we wanted and that we had restrictions for the size and she pointed out the perfect sofa straight away. Very good overall experience!
