Not only that ive had to waitt 3 months but then you say earliest delivery is 2 weeks

When we walked into the showroom we was welcomed by two members of staff and advised to let them know if we needed any help. We was given time to walk round and test the sofas, as soon as we decided what we wanted Maz talked us through everything different combinations to suit us. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Definitely a five star service.

The salesman saj was really helpful not pushy or pressuring at all , took the time to go through everything twice to make sure our order was correct . Lovely polite man

The sale assistant was great. No one pressurised us to buy. Left us alone to think about it and offered us a cup of tea. Hopefully we will be happy with the quality of the purchase when it arrives.

Popped into our local Birmingham store. Tom was amazing from start to finish. No pushy sales, very patient (anybody that's sofa shopping with the wife will completely understand). After many sofa hopping tests, we finally choose our dream sitting machine. Tom went through everything thoroughly and explained everything clearly. Thanks Tom you are a superstar!

From when my friend and I walked through the doors , the warm greeting we received from Saj was wonderful. He approached us in such a friendly genuine manner , felt instantly relaxed. I can be fight or flight type of person. Didn't feel pressured. He answered all my queries and yes . I bought the sofa and footstool . Excellent customer service from all personnel.
