Being able to try on a range of road shoes of different sizes and brands, all with guidance by a member of staff who knew what he was talking about. I left the shop with the perfect pair of shoes. I wouldn't get that by shopping online.

Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Carolyn was so helpful and accommodating at your Letchworth store.

Visited the Letchworth store and found the ideal cycling shoes, Specialized Torch 2.0 which were a great fit. The sales rep, Alex, was absolutely brilliant and was tentative to my needs, also had a fantastic discussion about my charity cycling event in September, which he took a great interest in, thank you very much Alex, you are a star, outstanding customer service.

Purchased a new road bike from Letchworth shop with help from Carolyn. Started with a pre-sales consultation which was most helpful. Carolyn really took time to get the correct sizing and was very pleasant and professional throughout. I never felt pressured which is not always the case in such situations and although the bike I chose was a fraction of the price of many in the shop I am sure the service would be the same.
I then returned to collect the bike and again great service with the bike al ready on the turbo to try and make final adjustments. Again a great experience and I would thoroughly recommend Sigma Sports to anyone.

Great service and shoe fitting by Carolyn. I came in with a modest budget for shoes but was easily convinced by Carolyn to up my budget 🤣

For years I’ve been buying shoes on line, ending up with something not quite right. I bit the bullet and drove to the Letchworth store for advice and a fitting. Came away very clear about what works for me, thanks to a very patient Carolyn who helped me find a pair of Lakes that are the best shoes I’ve ever owned

I have just bought a new bike from Sigma Letchworth and I have to say the service I received was excellent. I received honest advice and Sam showed great patience with me, changing my mind almost daily. The pricing was certainly competetive too.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, Catelyn, that helped me pick out and fit many different shoe sizes and brands. Relaxed and friendly vibes all around, definitely coming back.

The whole experience of buying my bike with Sigma was perfect. They knew exactly what I needed when I went in unsure of what to get. Whether that’s measuring up for accurate frame size or sourcing non-stock items for finishing off your bike the way that works for you. I had a manufacturer defect in one of my almost new tyres during a ride 2 days before a cycling trip away. Nightmare. But… from an online customer services chat first thing the next day, to a phone call to the staff at Letchworth, the tyre was replaced with similar in stock (and fitted!) within a few hours. They even did a deal on the rear tyre to make them match. All sorted and back on the road. The staff were incredible, a good laugh and really wanted to help my situation to right the issue. I’ve ordered from sigma in the past and would choose to order from them as a priority in future based on this. Flawless. And thank you again.
