Had a really good experience with Shyft. Never heard of them before as a company but they were great throughout. Special thanks to Rosie and Lucy who were supportive and helpful throughout. Would use again

I used this company to sell my elderly mothers property. She is moving into a nursing home, which I’m sure you can imagine is very expensive (!!) so we needed to sell as quickly as possible. I originally googled selling my house quickly and Shyft popped up. I’d never heard of them before so was initially worried about using them. However, the first person I spoke to - Rosie - was very sweet and helpful. Once I accepted the offer I was passed over to Lucy who looked after me for the rest of the process. She and Chelsea were great, always just a phone call away if I needed anything. I ended up selling the property for about 85% of what I would have expected on the open market. For the time and ease of the service I thought this was fantastic and a good compromise to make. If you are willing to take less than market value please don’t be afraid of using a company like this! Unfortunately my marriage didn’t work out and my ex and I needed rid of the property as soon as we could. I’d never even known this kind of company was an option but he inquired and it seemed like a good choice for us. We got a bit less than we would have if we’d put it on the market but I also didn’t have to worry about staying in the property for a long time. It allowed us to have a quick sale and a clean break and I can’t thank the team enough for that

This company was everything I was looking for. My previous tenants left the property in a terrible state so when I managed to get them out (finally) I just wanted the house gone. I phoned Shyft and they bought it within two weeks. I didn’t have to do everything as they organised everything for me. If definitely recommend if you want a property bought asap

First of all I was sceptical, being a service I’ve not really heard of previously, however after my experience I couldn’t be happier. They took away all the normal stresses that go along with selling a property and although the price wasn’t full market, the lower offer was so worth the hassle free process.
