Lovely staff, products and decent price

Lovely dress fits great.

They have great styles, and they have good deals occasionally. I love the shop in Llandudno, it has lots of variety to choose from and the staff are friendly. Also the quality has been excellent of the garments I have purchased.

Great service, good quality clothes, shipped quickly arrived on time.
Products are good value for money.
Would recommend to a friend.

We love the style, the quality and the materials used, and your staff are super fabulous!

Order was processed and delivered within timeframe given. Dungarees made if nice soft denim but quite a few cotton ends needed trimming off. Had to put an extra buttonhole on each strap to make them fit me properly as I'm only 5'4" tall.

I had the worst experience with their customer service. The jumper I bought was faulty so ive emailed them and they didnt even apologised but only asked to send it back and sent a link to their return policy. I didnt hear from them for a week so I reached out and they told me to wait for 7/10 working days and get in touch again if I wouldn't hear from them by then. 10 working days have passed and i reached out as nobody contacted me. I got the same response, saying that refunds were being processed within 7/10 working days and to reach out if I wouldn't hear from them by then. I replied saying that they didnt even read my email otherwise they would have known that the 10 days were already passed and that at this point I'd like a refund. They didn't even replied but I got an email saying my jumper was on its way, when all I wanted was a refund. To be honest, I was very disappointed by their customer service and I wont purchase again from them, even though I have been a customer for years. I dont recommend purchasing from then because if you have an issue they're not helpful at all.

The clothes are wonderful but some of your sizes are way out.
My grandsons are 11 and 7 but not very big so I bought 7-9yr old trunks and boxers. Both are massive on them. I’ve had to take in about three inches on both pairs of trunks and both pairs of boxers!!!
