Brilliant product !!!!!
Easy to install using the you tube video as guidance for a DIY person like my self. Just lacked a small bit of trouble shooting that was rectified by a very helpful person from the company via a quick telephone call.

Delivered to scottish highlands, easy to install, fully operational within 2 hours, quality finish looks really good.

I bought a 4.4 metre wide white roller door and fitted it myself and it was a pleasure. I am very happy with the door and the support provided. Excellent value and quality

Very pleased with the garage door. It was easy to use the online guides to measure up and correctly specify the garage door I required. It was well packaged when delivered and an easy job to install myself.

The door arrived on time with a good delivery company who placed it were asked to. Installation was very easy due to the online video. The client was very pleased with the door and its looks and functions as it should. Overall the door was very well built packaged with a fast turnaround. We did have to contact the supplier on one item but the call was answered straight away and the technician guided me through the process easily. It’s good when you get to talk to someone other than AI. Well done

Great product, cost are the cheapest on the market, quick turnaround, can’t complain about anything. The fitting guide on the website helped if you get stuck.

Made to measurements which i wanted, delivery was relatively quick for a made to measurements which was good.

We installed it ourselves using the instructions leaflet it came with and the installation videos on their website, it took us maybe around 2/3 hours to have it all fully working.

Would recommend this garage company to anyone who are wanting to do it themselves

The roller shutter was better quality than I was expecting for the cost. The staff were very helpful when advising which roller shutter and accessories to purchase. It was delivered on time and installation was very simple.

My roller door finally gave up so after being quoted over 4K + VAT thought I would see I I could find a better deal .
Came across rollerdoors.net filled in the online calculator and was really pleased with their price ,. Rang and spoke to Lewis and Jay to finalise a couple of measurements. This was on Wednesday and on the following Thursday the guys arrived, took down and disposed of the broken door and fitted the new , trouble free installation by two very professional engineers all left tidy .

I took the option to fit this product myself, and when I contacted them to place an order they where so help full with the measurements and the product that suited my needs. Also their delivery was fairly quick as the garage door was a bespoke size.
Upon receiving the product the delivery driver was so helpful in advising me some installing tips and directed me to their online YouTube fitting video.
Once I complete the installation I notice a very very small mark on the front of the door however with in a fortnight they sent me a tube of tuch up paint which worked very well.

I had a door delivered from Rollerdoors.net a couple of years ago. As I had not carried out this type of work before, I did have a query during the installation, so called the helpline number. After speaking to a very friendly member of their staff, I felt confident I would be able to complete the work and have the door running smoothy. The door has been a godsend, no more lifting my heavy old up and over!
I have recently had a security shutter delivered to fit on my shed as the wooden door had rotted. As the fit is similar to the garage door, the installation went without a hitch, and I am so pleased with the smart new look to my shed.

I contacted rollerdoors.net at the end of November to order 3 window roller shutters before Christmas. I spoke to Lewis on the phone and he guided me through all the options and was very knowledgeable answering any questions i had. We were kept up to date with delivery info and took delivery last week. The shutters have since been fitted with installation being very straightforward. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase roller shutters! Will certainly be in touch when we are ready to install the rest, 5 stars!

The door had a issue raising on the control unit, i phoned the company up and they sent someone after 4 weeks,there was never a mention of cost of sending someone out, the man was here less than 5 minutes . I later got a invoice for £144, i contested this but the main response was they would not provide service again if it was required, buyer beware. PART THAT WAS REPLACED WAS NOT A MOVING PART

Following visit to showroom l ordered a door. Arrived on time and installed without any issues a cleaned up everything before leaving.

The web site "configure your door" is very good, it covered everything I needed to get an accurate quote. The customer service when I asked for clarification on a couple of points was both very quick and very helpful. On ordering the door confirmation of the sizes was required before manufacture which is an excellent check that you have everything correct. Delivery was very speedy in line with the estimated build time. Opting for a self fit the information available on line was sufficient for a first time roller door fitting to go without a hitch, although it may well have taken quite a bit longer than a professional, 3/4 day. Unlike other companies I visited I did not receive any nuisance calls or emails from rollerdoors.net (press&pass ltd).

All in all if I ever needed a roller door again I would go back to them without any hesitation.

Door arrived on time and in perfect condition. This was supply only but the instructions for fitting were very easy to follow. The electrics were a bit more tricky but after a phone call to technical support it was plain sailing. I am delighted with the look and quality of my new door and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product at a very fair price.
