They had the filters I needed at the best prices I found from a local supplier.
They had the filters I needed listed under the correct part number. It was helpful to have the part numbers from many manufacturers listed on the same page. Their prices were the best that I found online and the shipping was fast and reasonably priced.

Vous faites quoi quand votre eau sent les hydrocarbures ? Ça fait dix fois que je filtre et mon eau filtrée a un goût d’hydrocarbures juste imbuvable !!!! Avant, j’avais les filtres noirs de Berkey et rien de tel. 66 euros pour boire des hydrocarbures ça fait cher ! L’eau du robinet est meilleure !

We are still waiting for a second filter that we ordered and paid for quite a while ago. That is after you delivered the wrong filters. And we are still waiting for the return label to return those. To top it off, I am a French-speaking customer incapable to be served in my own official language of the country. Aren’t you a Canadian company ?
