I had ordered many filters
I had ordered many filters. Received one filter on the ship date that I was supposed to receive my order. Waited. Several days did not see the balance of my order. Nobody could find it. It sounded like to me that because there was one filter ship. That Pure Diesel Power thought the whole order was shipped. That was not the case. It took several days of calling and asking where my balance of the order is at. Which is the reason that I only showed three stars. My other two previous orders were OK.😕

Hi Ben, I'm sorry for the inconvenience of the delay with your purchase. I cannot stress enough that this is NOT the norm when purchasing from us, we do our best to fulfill every order as soon as possible and this was 100% a manufacturer issue. Unfortunately, we (and therefore you) were at the mercy of the manufacturer whose injectors you purchased. They were not communicating any sort of shipping lead time as they were overloaded from the holiday season and we could not get an answer. We do our best to keep our customers happy and I'm sorry we weren't able to get any sort of accurate lead time to keep you updated. If you'd give us another chance, we'd be happy to offer a discount on a (different) brand of injector. We reached out to you via phone as well. Thank you for your business.

the order I received was wrong horn
the order I received was wrong horn, but i can make it work because I'm tired of sitting on the side of the road i didn't get the proper gaskets for what i did receive, I order was for a 2017 Ram 5500 C&C but what i got at least was for a 6.7 but an earlier version. contacted support their slow as usual.

Hi Joel, I'm sorry you're having issues with fitment, however, the intake horn you purchased is not designed for fitment on a 5500 Cab & Chassis truck. We have it listed as fitting 2007.5-2018 2500 & 3500 Dodges only. Additionally, as listed in the description, it does not fit with the stock boost tube. We are currently waiting for an email response back from you at this time, since yesterday afternoon. We're more than happy to help, please get in touch with us, we may need to do an exchange.
