Quick and easy, Zak was very friendly and reassuring

Very professional, quick service. Zak communicated efficiently via WhatsApp and my appointment was in time with the results back the next day.

Repeating calling them for a simple test. Everyday. For two weeks. Always got someone who says “someone will call you and set up this test”.
I’m in week three. No one has called. On hold again to hear the same message.
Avoid this company.

Zak and Adam were amazing, 5 days within booking my appointment I had my triage call, scan and results back. Arrived for my appointment early and Zak managed to accommodate me early! Great service all round.

A brilliant experience. I managed to get a scan the same day as I saw my consultant. Zak communicated through WhatsApp at every stage of the process pre scan and was very helpful when I had the scan.

For the size company they should really have a call back system. i was waiting 10 minutes someone lifted up then hung up, really frustrating. Called back and waited 5 minutes, but girl was knowledgeable and nice.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Referred by my Physiotherapist, appointment arranged by Zak within 2 working days. Scan completed on the evening of the 2nd day. I had an appointment with my physiotherapist at Physiofusion who, after a thorough investigation, recommended that an MRI scan would be beneficial in determining the problem with my foot.

I was referred to Pro Scan Imaging by the physiotherapist on the same day and received an acknowledgement from someone called Zak at Pro Scan the following morning. The communication from Zak / Pro Scan was extremely detailed and informative. The day after I received the appointment for my scan with only a couple of days to wait.

The scan itself went very smoothly and was run very professionally. Two days later I received notification from Pro Scan that the consultant radiologist had reviewed my scan and forwarded the report to my physiotherapist who I will be seeing within the next couple of days. This would have taken several weeks under the NHS.

I am extremely impressed with the speed and quality of service from Pro Scan Imaging and would not hesitate in using them again in the future.

Great service from start to finish, I contact Pro Scan Tuesday morning and was booked in that afternoon and received my detailed results the following evening. Would 100% recommend.

From initial contact and to having the MRI scan was very quick. The report arrived less than 24hrs after.

Pro scan mri scanning is run efficiently and professionally, Zac the radiographer is excellent. All the staff are kind and courteous. Results are interpreted and e mailed back to the patient very promptly. They provide a great service. They also use My GP in Northwich. Same high standard service there also. Thanks you everyone
