Excellent process and Dr advice
The doctor was punctual when I was called. The preliminary information I reviewed online was precise and easy for me to provide.
The level of understanding of my medical issues from the doctor was excellent and importantly the doctor sent me a detailed letter which I was able to show A& E on entrance. The treatment I received at the hospital was almost exactly as stipulated in the letter.
The doctor was also happy to call an ambulance on my behalf, but my wife was happy to drive me to the hospital which wasn’t very far.

The service I received was fabulous from the moment I booked an appointment to the care I received the following day…..I arrived a bit early but I was seen almost straight away…….I felt I had the time to talk about my symptoms and never felt rushed and my appointment was very professional…..I was really impressed with the service I received!

Late callers beware!
The service was good until the deliverance of a code to obtain medicine from the chemist. We had to wait ages to get the code although we paid readily, this meant that by the time the code was sent, the chemist was closed.

An absolute rip off
An absolute rip off. Booked a telephone appointment for 4:45pm on a Saturday. Over thirty minutes past the appointment time, no one has called and their phone lines apparently shut at 1pm on Saturdays so now I can’t get ahold of anyone until Monday. Do not use this service.
