I ordered replacement ink for my printer which did not work first time . The lovely Simon at Printerbasics assisted me, another ink was sent out the next day which worked perfectly Simon went above and beyond. It is not the first time I have used them and.it won't be the last . Always value for money and first class service.

What great customer service! Simon and Siobhan were brilliant. Customer service excellent. Nothing too much trouble to help me sort the issues I was having in using the ordered cartridge and a replacement sent within 24 hours, definitely be getting my regular custom now. Restores faith that excellent customer service can still be experienced.Refreshing!!!!

A Company where customers come first.
Its refreshing these days to deal with a company where customers are dealt with in a timely professional manner. I purchased ink from Printer basics, but unfortunately I had a problem. I contacted the company, and Siobhan replied very swiftly. Within an hour Siobhan had exhausted any remedial action I could take, and offered to send me a replacement. Excellent customer service. Can't recommend both the company and Siobhan highly enough.

We ordered replacement cartridges for our printer which didn’t work. Emailed customer services and got immediate reply from Simon h who tried to resolve the problem without success. He agreed to send replacements which arrived promptly and do work. First class customer service from this company and Simon h in particular! Would definitely buy again in future and recommend to others.

My printer would not recognise the replacement cartridges although they were the correct make for the model.
After trying unsuccessfully to resolve my problem I received a full refund from the company.

Customer service is very good , I had a problem with one of the ink cartridges I got . I talked with them and they sent me a new one next day with no extra costs for me . The new ink works greats and I really recommend getting ink from this place , they are good .

Excellent customer service
Thanks to Simon H. at Printer Basics for excellent customer service. My initial query regarding compatibility was answered promptly, and the cartridge arrived the day after placing the order. Unfortunately, the first cartridge proved to be defective, but on reporting this a replacement was quickly supplied, and is working fine. This is the first time I have tried a remanufactured cartridge; if it works out OK, I will very likely be going back to Printer Basics for additional supplies.
