Me and my boys love the curries (and pakora and breads etc....) from Praveen Kumar, they taste better than our local takeaway and are so easy to cook up. Butter Chicken is a favourite in our house with just a wee bit of heat you really taste the flavour of the spices.

From the top Perth Indian restaurant (Tabla) comes a range of restaurant cooked foods to enjoy at home. The quality is astounding and the price excellent.

We have an entire shelf in our freezer stocked with Kumar curries and we are never disappointed.

On the one occasion there was a blip, the customer service was first class and the issue was speedily resolved.

I cannot recommend Praveen Kumar's curries highly enough.

Without a doubt the best curries I have ever eaten. I am a finicky eater (pescatarian, no mushrooms), and if I have any queries or need support with an order, Barbara has consistently bent over backwards to help. The customer service is as exceptional as the food, and I really cannot understand the less than stellar reviews. I highly recommend Praveen Kumars.

As always, great food and service. Love the curries, always have plenty of flavour and a good portion size. Xmas delivery this week to top up the freezer. Well done all.

I’ve used Kumar’s mail order service about 4 times now. I’ve found the quality of the food, portion sizes and range of choices on their menu to be exceptional. I had an issue with delivery (we had a massive snowfall and nothing got through) but customer services were brilliant and re-sent the next working day and on another occasion, totally my fault, I contacted them about a curry I thought was too hot - turns out I’d used a spicy one I bought for my husband!! Customer services were really quick to respond to me and didn’t I feel daft when I realised what I’d done but they couldn’t have been nicer! I’ll be ordering again in a couple of weeks, I’m just trying to liberate some freezer space first! I can’t recommend this company highly enough, fabulous food and a brilliant team that clearly take a great deal of pride in what they do.

Wrote a review reporting the Railway Lamb meat being very tough, company responded asking Barbara Henderson to get in touch and resolve, heard nothing, end of. Don't need to deal with them again.

Owner then contacted me and asked me to alter the review, review is true in all aspects and stands as is.

The response from Barbara below sums up the communication perfectly, she doesn't seem to grasp that a message sent to her via her posting on the companies Facebook page will go to whatever email address she used to make the posting, how would I know that it was her personal email address? It was a message to a publicly available name on the company's Facebook page. I can't help it if they collectively failed to deal with the issue.
Barbara seems to think it is a harsh review. Owner accepted that the quality was not acceptable, Customer Service in the guise of Barbara dealing with it was non existant, how is this harsh or anything but a true statement?

Nothing went wrong with ur food just didn't recieve my order it was taken from out side the building I live in got refund ur curry's are the best I've had

I am on my third order. I've had a selection of different curries, each one delicious 😋 the whole family highly recommend. Good to know they are healthy too 😊

Always great service and a friendly customer service and the curry are always great and delicious and easy to prepare and serve.

Received a taster box as a gift and these curries are absolutely superb (and I say that as a veteran of many curries!). Amazing flavours that beat the best takeaway hands down. I could eat the chicken tikka saag forever.

Fantastic food, great value for money, brilliant quick delivery. I don't buy any Indian takeaway food anymore as this is such amazing quality

Excellent food and excellent service

Naans were nice, onion bhaji very good but the curries were awful…chewy dry chicken, the chilli garlic was horrendous (described as chicken tikka but no way on earth was that anything like tikka)…overcooked garlic…awful. The Bhuna was insipid too. Most definitely will not be ordering again.

The dishes were wonderfully rich in spices!
The sauces were flavourful.
The packaging and insulation materials were adequate. Despite the warm weather, the internal temperature was between -1°C and 3°C.
It is heartwarming to know that for every meal sold, Praveen donates a meal for feeding children :-)

Love your curries, particularly Chicken Tikka Moonlight. However my last order it wasn’t as great as usual , very disappointing. Chicken was very dry, still tasted ok. Batch no.61170624 b.b. 17/03/2025.

I won a prize on Praveen Kumar's FB page and received today as promised. I can't thank Erin and the team enough for this amazing prize. And can't wait to try these amazing dishes. Also my favourite dish is South Indian Garlic Chicken which was so kindly added.
