The gloves I purchased were to small. I couldn't return them due Covid19, but was offered a discount on the purchase of the correct size. Also the communication was excellent.

Sent them email regarding my order missing one item. However, been 4 days already. Still no one ever get back to me.
Updated 3/4:
Sent them message in a week later after my first email. No one reply either.
Contacted bank and got the money through dispute.

Finally got a reply from them through Trustpilot but i already had everything sorted
