I have had a bad experience when trying to get our nonprofit organization validated with this company, they have not done their best effort in validating our nonprofit and instead we're the one that have to endure from their incompetence.

I think they have management issue, if they indeed have the manpower to actually validate the whole world's organization they would not have done terrible job at it. I feel like inside the house there has been just mismanagement and corruption, who knows where all the money they gathered from investors went to, knowing how bad they perform at what they say they would focus doing, validating nonprofits.

It has been an excellent experience of communicating with percent regarding our Google workspace. We were unable to process our application for the Google workspace for nonprofit due to domain issues. We just asked help centre of percent for identifying the issue and percent team responded to us immediately. It was very friendly, polite and cheering way of communication.
