The room wasn’t up to a standard…
The room wasn’t up to a standard expected from a medical facility, bins overflowing items on the floor around the bin , bin was so full it couldn’t close . Piles of used couch roll at the head of the bed - I did email the clinic who apologised as it was not what they expected , but the clinic didn’t action the obvious hygiene issues before my appointment. If I hadn’t had to pay the full amount before the appointment I would have walked away.

The standards you have described are not what we expect for our clinic, and I appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We would also like to reassure you regarding the examination couch. After each patient, the sonographer cleans and disinfects the couch and ultrasound equipment using the appropriate disinfectant wipes, and fresh couch roll is used for the next patient. Nevertheless, we fully appreciate that the overall condition and presentation of the room you described would understandably have caused you concern, and we will review this carefully.

Immediate available ultrasound scan option for those in need
Online booking appointment is smooth and efficient. The location is easy to access, just a short walk from Farringdon station. Dr Babalou is kind and patience in doing the scan for me and explain the result. I received the scan report on the same day.

I had an upper abdominal ultrasound scan last Friday. My husband has used this company a few times, and has always been positive about the service they provide. I can also confirm that I had a very positive experience. The radiographer, Elham, was very thorough and explained what she saw at each stage of the scan. I was impressed by her detailed medical knowledge. She also wrote a comprehensive report which will help when I see my GP.
