Re-ordering
I was interested in purchasing the facial toner that I have previously used. At the website I noticed they had a sale for a package of multiple skin products. The price was very reasonable, with a terrific array of products, from cleanser to night cream, facial toner, and facial oil. It also included facial mist: a light moisturizer. The value of the products, along with the variety was terrific. The time in which I received the order was as stated, and timely. I will continue to be a customer of Peak Scents!

Love these products
I found the Rose Phyto3 line at the Co-op in Arcata, CA when I was visiting family. I got a serum and LOVED it. When I got home to Dallas I looked it up and ordered a sample kit of the power repair line and now I've ordered their hair oil and eye serum. I love, love, love these products. Even better, my skin loves these products. My favorites are the rose phyto3 nighttime cream and repair face cream. But really, nothing has disappointed. The toners are uplifting and feel great when I mist my face. The serums and oils have all soaked into my skin and left it glowy and moisturized. I have acne prone skin AND I'm 43 so aging is a concern. Nothing broke me out and I feel like my skin looks better. I've been getting compliments on it so it must be! 🤗

Love the products
Love the products. I have Rosacea so my nose and checks are red. With the Rose Rhyto3Facial Cream and starter kit I can already see the red, not so red, after 10 days. My face just soaks up the cream but doesn't leave my face oily. I want to see what they have for my eyelids that always seem red and dark. I use to buy their products years ago and not sure why I stopped. So glad I'm back. Love that the products are all natural also. Need to see what they have in the cosmetic line. Thank you!

I had questions about trying different products and which ones would work for me. Questions were answered the next day with suggestions. Very helpful.
Once ordered, received it the next day. So far the ones I tried are very nice and have pleasant scents.

Peak Scents customer service is wonderful
Peak Scents customer service is wonderful. They've been more than patient with me.
I was happy to order the new Vitamin D sunscreen but unfortunately it is too thick for facial use. The directions said to shake the tube but my tube is too thick to shake. Finally with pressure out shot out a great big blob...not good.
I do very much like the texture of Power Repair face cream though.

My order contained a travel kit
My order contained a travel kit. It was a promotional offering but I did not select it.
Office staff was very friendly and helpful about adjust the invoice. But I was credited the wrong amount. It is Labor Day weekend so I have not heard back about the second adjustment.
The error should have been plainly visible in the paperwork.

The products are so wonderful! I keep ordering them to Switzerland since I have not found anything better here. My skin has never felt better. I actually fell in love with the rose phyto facial oil! You Just Keep Getting Better…
I ran out of most facial items and ordered to restock on what I like using. i had reward points and couldn't figure out how to affix them to my order. So i called and spoke with Ash. She was so informative and helpful!! She volunteered that she was going to add a sample I've never used before. She sent a small jar of Honey Apricot Mask and the Green Clay mask. They are AMAZING!!!! THANK you so much for creating such amazing products. But I received the Cleansing Milk this time. It is my most favorite cleanser of all time !!! Not only creamy, it feels like it is repairing my face. It doesn't take much. I feel completely spoiled! Thanks for being there.

I have been using the Peak Scent products now for three years. I see a positive difference in keeping my skin quality repaired and moisturized. Living in the Arizona climate is tough enough, let alone being in my mid-60s. I recommend their products 💯 percent.
