Horrible customer service, all AI responses. Still no tees!
I have used ooshirts for over 12 years for custom tees for our GeminiFest music festival. They offer a good format for design and have usually had excellent customer service. Once in the 12 years the order was lost by the postal service and delayed for over a week. They immediately responded to concerns and refunded the funds with apologies. We did receive those shirts very late and they were fine with us keeping the shirts and getting the refund. This year we had guaranteed delivery by June 2nd. UPS showed tees on truck for delivery by June 1st then nothing. I immediately tried to reach out to ooshirts but only got AI responses saying we understand your frustration and a team is working on this and will reach out. No one has EVER reached out in a full week. I contacted them by phone or chat twice a day staring June 2nd till June 6th. I only ever got "we are working on it" I have finally contested the credit card charge. There was so much more they could have done to get the order to me on time. I suggested they call their UPS representative to get the situation expedited, no response. I suggested they reprint the order on June third and send via fedex 2 day delivery, no response. Today is June 8th, no response. I will never use ooshirts again. If time is of the essence, good luck getting any help from this new AI world! very disappointing!

I never received a tracking number, but received an email asking how everything turned out. Odd. I waited until closer to the delivery date. Still nothing. I used the chat, called and emailed. All I heard was that they were "escalating" the request. Not sure what that meant as all responses seemed canned.
I followed up once or twice a day and offered 2 solutions. They would do neither. The shirts shipped the day I complained with no expedited service. That simple checkbox would have saved me from writing this review.
Now, kids at a state championship are disappointed. This company is not creating customer loyalty with parents or kids.

The OoShirts company really did a great job on our tee shirts with our custom band logo. I liked them so much, I ordered sweatshirts and they look awsome. Thank you Jose for your excellent customer service.
DO NOT PAY 25% extra for expedite shipment!!
Still can't speak on the quality of the product. I paid additional 25% of the order amount for expedite shipment, but my order ended up in a different state.
After complaints and several follow ups needed, got confirmation my order would be re-printed and sent with Express service. Express service chosen by OOShirts was a transit time of 5 days, which clearly isn't express at all. I'm now asking for reimbursement for the additional 25% paid.
This is a dirty company
This is a dirty company. Find another company to complete your t-shirts. I made an order on the 17th of January and they took the money out of my account on the 20th. I called the company on the 22nd to check on the status of my order because I hadn’t received a confirmation email, and their reply was we don’t have an order for you. During my conversation with the customer service representative (I think her name was Isabelle) she deliberately disconnected the call. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. I used the temporary internet files from my computer’s history as proof that i had indeed made the order.
Never received our $594.92. order.

I hate leaving a review for a company I have not done business with, but I made the mistake of getting a quote and they cannot stop emailing me. Twice they have assured me I would not be contacted again, and yet the emails are still coming. Glad I did not do business with them.
I ordered 4 shirts for our company
I ordered 4 shirts for our company. It cost 120 dollars and they took the money out of my account. Then emailed me the next day saying may be a fraud. They wanted me to send utility bill, 2 months of credit card statement and driver license front and back for JUST 4 SHIRTS!!! they refuse to do order without it. Then I told them to refund the money told me take 3-5 days after they took my money. Don't Trust this company. It scamming people. Feels like they are trying to steal personal info. PLEASE go somewhere else and avoid the headache.

Late!
Late. They SHIPPED my order on the “GUARANTEED” DELIVERY DATE and gave me 3-day shipping. Too late for the event, unfortunately. I also suspect they only shipped it because I reached out to them. Seems pretty coincidental the order shipped 20 mins after I questioned them about it. Do not order from here if you need the product by the “guaranteed” delivery date. That or keep in constant daily communication with them to remind them to do what they promised. I’m fighting now for a refund as these shirts are useless.

Awful Experience, Support Sucks, Failed Delivery Date
I tried to order from this company starting on 6/26 and the website was down. I was back and forth with support (multiple calls and emails) and finally got it ordered and fixed by 7/2. They guaranteed me numerous times that I would have my guaranteed delivery of 7/16 (I leave for an event 7/17) and now the shirts won't get to my place until 7/19 by 9PM. Hands down, they botched this at every step and now I'm getting the shirts I already paid for after the event I designed them for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I started a small business and saw on my searches/reviews that they were a small biz / women owned. Thought I’d support them and needed some merchandise. I am also a graphic designer and provided the files. They messed it up somehow on the proof with the yellow color on our logo. They sent another link for me to approve & all looked good. BUT when I received my order the Navy blue on our logo on the back was bright blue! Not at all what I approved. They got the navy blue on the front of the shirt correct but not the back! I provided photos as requested (twice) when they determined there’s nothing wrong with them and offered 10% on my next order. I ordered $700 worth of shirts that are not our brand and completely useless! I will be getting in touch with the BBB & seeking legal action to get my money back.
Easy to use interface
Easy to use interface. ooshirts did not fulfill my order. A year later and my issue is "closed" but remains unresolved. Gave me hope that the missing shirt was going to be fixed. It never was. No refund. Check and make sure that your entire order was completed. File a complaint quickly. You will be SOL if it falls outside their claimed time window. I would rather take my business elsewhere.
ooShirts is amazing
ooShirts is amazing. We needed shirts in full color with a two week deadline. The ordering process was extremely easy, and with a flat-rate color fee, as opposed to price increase/color, the choice between ooShirts and other t-shirt sellers like CustomInk was easy. Customer service responded within the week if not the same day and even offered us a 10% discount for being a school organization. Shirts were delivered on time on right to my front door step and shipping was free. Shirts are extremely soft and great quality.
Incompetent.
Inquired about shirts and took 4 days for them to even come close to comprehending what I wanted and them doing multiple things I never asked for. I have now asked them 5 times to stop emailing me and they will not stop. There is no unsubscribe option on their emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

Unfortunately other people are misusing the name ooShirts to scam people. An employee of ooShirts helped me kindly by taking the time and effort to communicate with me about this matter.
I want to warn people for a company named Native Pride Stores, which misuses the name ooShirts to scam people. They take your money, try to take more, and you’ll never get what you paid for. This is not ooShirts, but someone else.

I used this company for the first time and everything seem okay but once I didn’t receive my order on time I knew it will be a disaster. Since the shirts were for a memorial and someone in their printing department decided to draw on the decrease person face and write the word Jesus on it and when I spoke to customer service she told me it something I created online, like seriously ? Why would I complain if I created it on my own ? But okay , then when I ask for a refund after they ruin the shirt I was told it’s a whole process and I need to provide more photos after I shown them 3 times they made a mistake and they knew they made a mistake and refuse to refund me back my money . This company is a complete joke !
