Awful customer service run by AI

Had a faulty product they refused to acknowledge. Insisted it had been damaged externally despite an obvious manufacturing error.

I would never use this company again!

Bought a few trainers from On and they’ve been incredible. But recent purchase was completely wrong fit — sent return (easy enough) which was confirmed as received but a month later still no sign of refund. Many interactions with On but it’s a company run by bots.

Awful company. Ordered an item on line. They said it had been dispatched to Royal Mail, Royal Mail have still not received it. Their chat function is next to useless, and I'm now still waiting for a response to my email. Avoid!

Avoid - ordered an item last week, said it would be delivered the next day, email said that the item is dispatched and shipped, Royal Mail say they haven't received it... so god only knows where my order is, their chat function is frankly pants and makes me think I'm not actually talking to a human after all. No customer service number to find anywhere - shocking customer service for what is a premium brand allegedly!! Annoyed is an understatement - I'm so £150 quid down with no trainers to show of. I WON'T BE BUYING THIS BRAND EVER AGAIN.

Absolute joke of a company. I received the wrong pair of trainers to the one I ordered.
I immediately contacted ON who said they would send me an email to reply to with photos of the wrong shoes. I did this immediately. A week later and still nothing back from them, so then I called customer services. Apparently they didn't receive my reply and proceeded to try and try to resend the email, to which I replied. They maintained they could not see my reply (funnily enough my email works to everyone else!) and that I should make a new email account to try! They did not have a supervisor or manager available to speak to and said I would get a call back, or which I presume will never happen. If I chose to go through a normal refund process, judging by the rest of the reviews, I will be waiting a long time to see any money or the correct pair of shoes.

I ordered On on their website. Until now i did not received my item(almost 1 month now). All they can give me is a 20% discount with expiry date which can only be used online) and refund. I was not happy about it all as I do not want to order online anymore because of this experience. The customer service i talked to is not so empathetic. She said she understands but it does not sound sincere, as if she is reading a script.

da kann man nur hoffen, dass nach dem Hochmut der Fall kommt! Selten so ein unflexibles und hochnäsiges Unternehmen gesehen. Kundenservice gleich null. Die Qualität der Schuhe unterirdisch für den überzogenen Preis. Ich habe einen Cloudmonster, einen Cloud nova und einen The Roger. Alle drei mega schnell an der Fersenkappe kaputt. Das Seitenmaterial gerissen und das, obwohl ich sie nur als Freizeitschuh anziehe. Gekauft wurden die Schuhe im Foot Locker in München bar und man erwartet allen ernstes, dass ich mir einen Kassenzettel aufhebe. Alle Bilder die man gefordert hat gemacht aber ohne den allmächtigen Kassenzettel gibt es keinen Service. Ich wollte nur ein paar Innensohlen für meinen Cloud Monster da ich diese im Hotel vergessen habe wo ich sie zum trocken raus gelegt habe. Diese würde ich natürlich bezahlen aber ohne Zettel wie gesagt, keinerlei Service. Nie wieder ON!!!!

Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht von On Running! Für 160 € erwartet man Qualität – stattdessen haben meine Schuhe schon nach zwei Monaten Löcher bekommen. Als ich eine Reklamation einreichen wollte, wurde mir gesagt, es handle sich um normalen Verschleiß.

Nach weiteren drei Monaten sind die Schuhe endgültig untragbar: Löcher vorne, die Sohle löst sich, der Schuh sitzt nicht mehr richtig am Fuß. Und wieder wird mir gesagt, das sei „normaler Verschleiß“ – ernsthaft? Wenn das die Lebenserwartung dieser Schuhe ist, dann ist das wirklich schwach.

Nicht nur bei mir, sondern auch bei drei weiteren Freunden war es genau das gleiche Problem. On Running verkauft also scheinbar teure Wegwerf-Schuhe. Nie wieder! 👎

Placed an order on their site. Order went through. But it never registered on their site. I paid for next day delivery. I called customer service and the agent laughed at me and hung up on my face, told me to call back when I had proper information as I tried to explain I didn’t have a confirmation email. Laughed at me again and then she hung up saying : bye bye bye. I thought this I was a prank, a wrong number a joke. What kind of customer training is this? I am livid….

I bought the Cloudroam waterproof. I am in two minds about these, as they are very comfortable. As a dog walker, I want good quality shoes that are comfortable to wear all day and waterproofness is a bonus. However, after only 3 months of purchasing these shoes, I have worn them nearly everyday, they are already splitting at the seems quite badly, therefore losing their waterproofness. For £180 I expect them to last a lot longer/be more durable. they are clearly not built to last and now my feet are not protected if it rains. Not like you can leave a review on website either as their form of communication is a bot. What a shame, I cannot roam with the dogs anymore in these shoes.

Would never buy again!

Ordered shoes - came quickly - but poor fit meant a return. Then the problems - email confirming return but no refund and then Customer services said return not received. Tried to resolve but no joy with bots or real people. I'd avoid this brand

Poor service and avoid at all costs. I purchased trainers that squeak and have been asked by passer by if my £170 trainers were FAKE! On warranty team refused to return or replace the shoes!! This is a waste of money and time and if you want squeaky shoes then please buy ON trainers. It sounds like there is a mouse in my shoes and it squeaks on all surfaces! Even on carpet, pavements train platforms and bloody escalators on the tube you can here the squeak!

If I could rate 0 starts I would. Worse customer service everrr. I ordered 2 shoes and only 1 box was delivered. FedEx proof of delivery was only one box and still I keep getting same emails saying they are not responsible. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing was solved.

The worse customer service. Had to wait for my refund for over two weeks from the day the company received the parcel back. Shocking.
There us no way of adding the shoe review on the website. I have ordered some training/gym shoes but they were way too stiff and too heavy.

Die Schuhe lärmen beim Gehen wie wenn sich die Sohle lösen würde . Habe reklamiert und angeboten wurde mir ein 20% Gutschein beim nächsten Einkauf . Sorry aber glauben die wirklich ich würde nochmals Schuhe dieser Marke kaufen ? Ich habe noch 5 andere Modelle von ON und kann dadurch sehr wohl sagen ob das Geräusch normal ist oder nicht .
Nie wieder ON Schuhe weil der Kundenservice zum Schmeißen ist .
Das Angebot von einen 20% Gutschein ist eine absolute Frechheit, meine Schuhe um 230€ kann ich kübeln 😡😡
Nachdem ich gesagt habe das Angebot ist nicht okay kommt es noch besser 40% Gutschein , wie eingebildet sind die , glauben echt ich würde nochmals Schuhe dieser Marke kaufen .
Werde den Anwalt und den Konsumentenschutz einschalten . Die Schuhe müssen entweder ausgetauscht oder das Geld zurück bezahlt werden .

Terrible returns and refund process, still waiting for a refund 4 weeks after they received the items back. Totally unacceptable, will never purchase from ON again!!!!
