Thank you for contacting us.

After reviewing the tracking details for order #NUT16975, we can confirm that your order was placed on May 7 and shipped on May 8. The carrier attempted to continue the delivery process, but on May 12 the shipment was marked as having an incorrect or insufficient address and was held for instructions.

The latest tracking update shows that the package has now been processed as Return to Sender.
Please understand that Nutree Cosmetics shipped the order correctly and on time to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a complete, accurate, and secure shipping address where the carrier can successfully deliver the package.
Because the delivery issue was caused by an incorrect or insufficient address, this situation is not due to an error by Nutree Cosmetics. Once the package is returned to us, we can review the next steps. If reshipment is possible, a new shipping fee may be required, and we will need a complete and secure delivery address before sending it again.
