Siamo molto dispiaciuti di non essere riusciti a offrirti un servizio perfetto, nonostante i nostri migliori sforzi.
Nelle tue risposte alla nostra email di follow-up ci avevi indicato di procedere all'annullamento e rimborso dell'ordine nel caso in cui, al momento della spedizione, ci fossimo accorti che la scatola esterna del lightstick presentava imperfezioni quali graffi o ammaccature.
Purtroppo ci siamo accorti che la scatola era effettivamente imperfetta solo dopo aver creato l'etichetta di spedizione e averti inviato l'email di conferma dell'evasione dell'ordine, e abbiamo provveduto quindi ad informarti subito. Siamo lieti di essere comunque riusciti a trovare una soluzione insieme.
Il nostro obiettivo è sempre quello di soddisfare pienamente i nostri clienti e offrire un servizio eccellente. Per questo prendiamo a cuore ogni critica e ci impegniamo a migliorare ogni giorno.
