Broken chain and 1 tarnished

I ordered 4 of these for family and friends. My 2 daughters have them but I'm not sure they have used them. My friend wore hers for a week and it is very tarnished. My chain has broken 😢 I have tried to email the company but getting undelivered messages. Wish I could add pictures here 😔

Ordered December 6th, never rec'd product Dec 24th

Order was placed December 6th.

No shipment information sent. Wrote company to follow up a week later, rec'd a very polite stock message reply asking for patience.

Another week gone by, my 2nd attempt to request shipping/tracking, another 'fluff' reply.

3rd week and no updates, 3rd attempt to contact company and get my product shipped, tracking info, etc.

GHOSTED by company. I feel this was a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM Novula

Doesn't resemble the ad or site. Paid for expedited shipping and took over a month. Canceled the order but they said no thanks. Do yourself a favor and just keep a piece of straw handy 🤷🏼‍♂️

SCAM?

UPDATE- Finally received the 2 tubes. Similar to straws.

Ordered 11/28/24 they deducted $44.00 on 11/29/24. Haven't received Tracking info. I have tried to "contact" them three times on their website but NOBODY will respond. What the heck? SCAM? Quick to take the money but ignored after the sale. BEWARE

Got my product today after 3 weeks

Got my product today after 3 weeks. Also felt the frustration of no response after sending two emails. But the items did actually come in and they are pretty good product so far when it comes to agility. We'll try this and see what happens. Smoking for 30 plus years. Will follow up soon...

No contract no number nothing

I ordered this and canceled it almost seconds later via email. Then I sent about six other emails to cancel it because my daughter bought two and will be bringing them from California to me and I don't need these I don't want them and they refuse to reply to any emails and it's not even shipping status and not even going to be delivered because I won't be here so please cancel my order look at your emails. Otherwise I will dispute this with my bank because I think this is a huge scam at least my daughter said that they look like just a tube that you could breathe on your own inhale and exhale

I ordered my product (4) on 11/17/24 and still haven’t received a thing. Just 2 automated emails saying someone will reach out in 1-2 business days. I wish I could provide picture proof of the purchase. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! I’m a diabetic who smokes cigarettes, a pack a day. I’m really trying to quit. But this company is full of SHYT. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. And how dare I ask for a refund.

Frustrating Experience with Non-Existent Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The product is essentially just a metal tube with a slight slant – certainly not worth the money spent. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. Despite their advertised money-back guarantee, I've sent four emails and have yet to receive any response. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like there's no support for customers at all. I would not recommend this product.

FAKE Positive Reviews / Update on my review below...

Update on my review below... Having received/seen Noluva's prompt response to my review I was optimistic that I would finally get a copy of the e-book. As per their message I contacted Noluva with all of my details, including order number, within just over an hour of them posting their comment to my review - I did this both via email and also directly via their website. Safe to say that I have heard nothing back so I am giving up any hope of ever receiving this so called e-book.

I have also re-read all of the reviews and noticed something quite interesting... All of the positive reviews (5 and 3 of which dropped within an hour of each other on 2nd & 3rd Dec 24) follow the same structure. They have all come from 1st time reviewers on Trustpilot, they are all overly gushing and all of these 'reviewers' have automatically been invited to provide feedback by Noluva directly. Feeling a little put out by the fact that I was not invited by Noluva to provide feedback I checked every correspondence that they have sent me. Not once has there ever been a link or invite to review them, there is also nothing on their website which would direct you to leave a review here...

Could the company which accuses actual customers of posting fake reviews be the ones doing just that?

hmmm... one does have to wonder...

Further to my previous review, they always respond by saying “you must have bought it from a scam site”. I have a reply from the official site so how is it that the official site replies to a scam purchase? Have photos to prove it was Noluva I made the purchase from. Stay away from these guys cause they ARE the scam site. Noluva process my refund as you advertise!
