Like sucking on a straw
I was really hoping this would work as a replacement for a cigarette. It is literally a hollow whistle or straw. It has zero resistance and its like sucking on a straw and would be so much cheaper. Now I just have empty fancy tubes. This had zero effect on helping me to quit. DO NOT BUY THESE

Wish i had read these before purchase. Bought for my brother for Christmas. Said they would be here in time said they were delivered never showed up talked to the company who said there was a mistake in the tracking they would resend. I told them not to resend because they wouldn’t be here in time for. Christmas now so i didnt have a use for them so to please just refund my money they said they couldn’t until i had a product to return. So i waited on delivery then contacted company again to return then they said I would have to pay to return them and the closest return centre was in Belgium and I would have to pay forty dollars shipping to get them back there so having nothing would cost me more money. I will never deal with this company again its such a scam

I should have read these comments before ordering. They auto-charge you for "Expedited shipping" but clearly they are not stocked in the US and the tracking info does not even update. It says error when I try to use it. I see from other comments it will probably take a month or so to arrive. Their website does not provide any information on where they are based out of. There is no indication that shipping would take so long.
In addition to all this.. I paid more than $50 for two items. After placing the order they offered to add on another one for $5.. makes you really question the quality of this product. I am sure I could find the same product on Shein, which makes me shudder. Another commenter questioned the plastic material used for the coating over the device. I am sure it isn't regulated and is likely carcinogenic itself. The irony!!! I wish I could cancel my order and never give this company my money again.

Do not buy anything from their website! I had problems from the start. First of all, I paid for expedited shipping and the thing still took over a month to arrive. They don’t provide an easy to use tracking link. I had to download the “shop” app and there weren’t any “live” updates. It said “delivered” but was not, and then a few hours later it said “in transit” or something like that with no other details. I finally got it and it was not what my mom thought it was so she wanted to return it. They advertise a 100% money back guarantee on their website but that’s BS! They informed me that their return center was in Belgium and it would cost $30-$40 to return OR they could provide a 20% refund of my order. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. There are similar things on Amazon.

Absolute and typical scam from China. I paid 42€ for a badly turned piece of wood, with 2 completely oblique and not centered holes, including 6 long cigarette filters. Delivery time was given as 3-4 working days, real it took two weeks. The relatively professionally designed website is unfortunately very deceptive.

On top of the awful experience to actually get this hot trash, the icing on the cake is that whatever this metal straw is coated with bubbles up within a day of use. Something meant to be in your mouth can't take a little saliva??
