Edited ******The order is under my brothers name and order number #63624 and I contacted ur customer service multiple times and wasn't helped then, twice I was told that it was taking longer to ship out than normal and then on told you all would completely cancel the order and then on a 3rd email I was told by ur company that you would completely cancel the order and refund my money by a lady named Kayla, then 2 days later instead of the order being cancelled and my money being refunded I got a tracking number that order was shipping out, that very wrong to tell a customer ur gonna cancel the order and refund their money then turn around and 2 days later ship the items instead of refunding the money, I waited 17 days on y'all just to ship and u didn't which is way longer than the 3 business days ur website said when I ordered and I thought that was plenty of time before I asked to cancel the complete order and refund my purchase

2 days later I get a tracking number so now it's gonna hold up my refund and then I'm gonna have to wait up to a another month to receive package in the mail.
Yes u read that correctly about how extremely shady they done, they gave me a run around for 17 days on items that were supposed to ship from their warehouse from 1-3 business days and 2 days after I asked for a refund they post a tracking number so Id have trouble getting a dispute with my payment company. It's honestly pathetic that a company would offer 1-3 business days shipping out of their warehouse and u have to ask for a refund almost 3 weeks later before they would actually ship the items. I fully understand that it could take a few weeks to reach my address after being shipped but to advertise 1-3 day shipping and then take 19 days just to ship out of their warehouse is crazy. I guarantee if I hadn't asked for a refund they still wouldn't have shipped out my items yet

Just got the device which took along time getting here even though I paid extra to expedite shipping. It doesn't even look like the product advertised. The one advertised has a smaller hole in it. This place is ran by A.I. Here is my experience. Took my money. No product. There bot keeps telling me it can't find my order. Gave you the same crap you gave me. Wth you mean you can't find it. Plus, they give you a bogus shipping number. The USPS even said this company is on their list of scammers. *Update (3/17/25) so I finally got my order. So after raising concern about my order. Thier shipping is very confusing. So, you'll receive and email about a USPS tracking number. Mine stayed in the red (no updates on location) the whole experience. So overpriced and completely agree with other negative reviews. To pay this amount of money for a hollowed out piece of metal on a piece of crap chain is just ridiculous. Step 1 buy a metal straw, step 2 cut it 2 inches long, step 3 drill a hole through one end and step 4 add a chain. Reviews are so important and I didn’t read any before purchasing this terrible product. It also doesn’t give specifications whether or not you will be able to inhale water vapor or blow out what appears to be vapor smoke. That would be so much better to trick the brain into thinking that you’re taking a puff of a real cigarette or a vape containing nicotine.
