We are sorry you are having trouble, but more information is needed. When you say you bought our software, we need more specifics. Did you purchase an old scanner with software from a 3rd party or online? Neat hasn't sold scanners with corresponding software since around 2017. We would love to get to the bottom of this for you as quickly as possible. Lisa was absolutely great in transferring my old files to the neat cloud and was very patient when I did not understand some items...Also I have listened to some zoom chats and are very helpful......I have actually used Neat for over 20years and am now transitioning to their new software.

Steven, a Great Instructor
Steven quickly noticed that I was struggling, and he suggested that he have access to my computer to help navigate in the program. He was most helpful by understanding my visual approach to learning. Liza on the CHAT line I connected with twice for getting my program and scanner updated. Both visits she was very helpful. She accessed my computer remotely and was able to delete and install programs needed.
I have been a NEAT user since 2008 and started with the hand held scanner prior getting DESK TOP scanner.
I do several expense reports and invoicing a year in my accounting/event services businesses. Average scanning 25-50 receipts per report.
So glad my issue was resolved quickly and minimum down time.
