It’s awesome!! The parents love it and so do I!! But is there anyway we could get an actual daily for the teachers at the end of the day report?

I honestly love brightwheel. It is such a quick an easy way for me, as a teacher, to contact my students’ parents and for parents to contact me as well as see what their kids are up to throughout the day.

Brightwheel is great! Our parents absolutely love the connection they feel to their child when they are gone by getting notes on the play by play of the day. Messaging, photos, and even billing are so easy. We love that it streamlines communication for us through its messaging feature. And it's sleek and easy to use. We definitely recommend it!

My center uses brightwheel and we love it. The parents love it to. Definitely since the pictures give them a feeling of being involved while away from their children. It gas everything a center needs and saves paper !

I have been using Brightwheel for going on 4 years now. I started with just the free app and was very happy with all of the options available. I used this version of the app for my childcare service for two years. I then decided I wanted to make payment processing and lesson planning more seamless and all in one place so I decided to use the paid version of the app. I was absolutely amazed at the number of options available to me. I really didn’t think I would benefit that much from upgrading but boy was I wrong! I can now upload videos, store all documents, contracts for clients, employee certs and professional development courses, assessments for students. The list goes on and on. I recommend Brightwheel to anyone looking into an all in one software to help give their preschool or childcare the professional look and support that their service has to offer. It is extremely cost effective and worth every cent. They also have great customer support and chat to help with any questions or issues you may have. I don’t see myself ever needing to use anything else

Brightwheel is phenomenall! We switched to a more complicated and frankly less tech savvy software and were totally discusted. We lasted a year and my parent and staff were begging me to go back to Brightwheel. Needless to say, we will never switch again. We love Brightwheel!

We just got brightwheel and it is great. Easy to use once you are used to it.

I really like this app, you can manage a lot of things with it, including check-in and check out for kids and staff. It seems like the app includes everything that you need to have control in a daycare, preschool, and so on, and the best part is that you are connected between parents and staff.

Amazing app, it helps me communicate with the parents at anytime and parents are able to see daily reports as soon as they’re posted! Saves me time and it’s very organized!

Good value for price. We're new users so we don't know all of the ins and outs, but the customer service has been very responsive.

I have found that Brightwheel has been super helpful! It allows me to communicate with the families quickly with a message or photo. I also really love the automatic invoice plans. It has made my life so much easier. The only downfall is the card transaction fees

It has definitely done a lot to update our check in system and payments. The parents are liking it alot with the updates but still trying to work out the kinks between working between the two locations. Communication is a little slow when needed questions answered.

I am an MDO teacher and just started using the Brightwheel app this school year. I have to say so far I'm loving it! It's so user friendly and easy to use. I get to update parents on how their child is doing throughout the day, post pictures and even send private messages if needed. I can clock in and out from work without any problems. I really love this app and so do the parents. It's the best!
