She dealt calmly and professionally with all the gremlins which were thrown into the process by the buyer's solicitors. Nadine kept a calm head and offered sensible advice when we asked for it. Responses were timely and clear. She stayed the course for what turned out to be a more tortuous process than it should have been. She dealt with us efficiently and courteously.
