Paid for a nurse consult but no vaccine; would love a refund!
Paid for a MASTA nurse consult, booked the vaccination but the pharmacy did not have the vaccine available or any idea that I had an appointment booked the day I arrived for my appointment They did call me back hours later by which time I had received the vaccination from an HCP at a walk in centre. I would have saved myself £20 had I gone there directly.

Absolutely excellent service received…
Absolutely excellent service received from Masta, the lady who looked after is ( can’t remember her name ) in Sandyford was just wonderful and put my Autistic children at ease. It’s a very much one man show and I found the office difficult to find ( it would be worthwhile doing another video on insta without editing ) so you know exactly where you are going. All in all I was very impressed with the price and proficiency of the service- much more organised ( and cheaper ) than all the other vaccinations places I researched. Would highly recommend:)

I booked a appointment for my son who…
I booked a appointment for my son who was under one and specifically asked when booking the appointment will injections be given to him because of his age as another travel clinic had told me that he would not be able to receive any injections because of his age - and that specific clinic didn’t give babies injections under one. Asking this clinicI was told it would be okay and then when attending the appointment it was a complete waste of time because there were no injections for my son to have because of his age. It was a waste of time and a waste of money and I felt like my question was disregarded upon booking the appointment via the online chat

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and we understand your frustration.
Our Customer Service Team are not medically trained and therefore cannot determine which vaccinations are clinically appropriate. Our appointments include an individual travel health risk assessment with a qualified clinician, who considers factors such as the traveller’s age, destination and travel plans. Where vaccines are appropriate, these can be administered during the same appointment.
Having reviewed your webchat, we can see that you specifically raised your son’s age. While our Customer Service team member explained that she was not medically trained, we acknowledge that the wording used could have been clearer and may have given you the impression that vaccination had been confirmed.
We apologise for the inconvenience and wasted time this caused. I can confirm that your feedback has been shared with the team.

A fully comprehensive assessment of need
A fully comprehensive phone consultation, then going to the pharmacy for the vaccinations was stress free. He was very good with the children and again went through all the information.

A really in depth consultation as to the requirements for safe travel as well as very useful updates as to the current problems in the country and some sensible reminders of good practice when travelling in the particular part of the world. Absolutely worth every penny..great value for money.
