High quality materials and workmanship.
Easy returns if fit isn’t right.
The clothing looks just as it does on the models, and I am no model.

I recently ordered the cowl neck sleeveless blouse to take on a trip. I was cutting it close so I contacted customer service to make sure I’d get it in time ( 5 days) they put it on expedited delivery and literally walked it thru their system to the delivery folks. Kept me posted! Received! Great shirt on time.

I love the soft texture and the elegance it brings to styling it.

Everything I have ordered has come packaged with care and all the items are beautiful fit as stated and very wonderful quality

Marcela's customer service solved my problem (which was my fault to begin with) but they went over and beyond to win me over as a customer.....It took some time and back and forth but in the end, they made it great again enough to make me comfortable to be a customer again in the future knowing my needs will be considered.

So Odd, these people with bad review?! I feel like the people leaving the comments are not genuine long term experiential customers. I have truly interacted and observed this brand for years. The reality is that, the Marcella NYC Community is a vibrant group of individuals and women who this brand brings confidence, reliability, and just the good feeling of knowing you get to present the best version of yourself in whatever you do ! The customer service is unmatched, they literally know me by name. Don't trust the negative comments XO !

This is my favorite brand. Consistent quality, items shipped on time, committment to sustainability and really could not be happier with these looks on me. I got SO many compliments when I wore my newest Marcella NYC dress to Climate Week NYC. Really happy with this brand.

I really love the products I order from Marcella and spend quite a bit of money purchasing from a company I can get behind. However the customer service is always lacking. I buy alot of items... and when I like them I get them in multiple colors. My current order placed on the 3rd of October is being held by customs. I messaged expressing concerns when stuff was not here. The generic response I got was not something I expect from a smaller company I expect a more in depth response the first time I reach out... as of now the 22nd of October I have no ETA only a well its not our fault that customs is holding your 500 dollar order .... and we will send it immediately once its released... So I'm just in limbo waiting on a order that I ordered for a event. Ive already been inconvenienced and asked for a discount for future use for the inconvenience and me having to purchase elsewhere.... I was ignored however the universe sent me this automated review and promised a 20% off coupon for a review. How hilarious is it that you could have responded given me a discount for future purchases and held onto a loyal customer but also generated a good review when this came. But because someone wanted to flex their customer service skills I still got a discount for future purchases and am an unhappy customer. Do better... every time I have to reach out to customer service it's never a good time in your company.

I was very impressed with the quality of the formal dresses that I ordered. Sometimes when ordering online, you get materials that feel cheap. These dresses feel “luxe” – thick, and smooth to the touch. Out of 10 dresses ordered online (from various companies), the Marcella dresses are the 2 that i kept.

The quality and fit are always great, the styles are distinctive, and fit my needs.

It's sad that there is no brick and mortar marcellanyc in ny. this brand is a decided step up from the zaras, h and ms, and the banana republics of womens wear. the fabric is better quality and the items launder great. the clothes keep their shape, the design options are a cut above and one feels elevated to be wearing something no one else has. costs more, but it's worth it. :)

I love Marcella NYC. I have ordered from them many times, starting in March 2024. I enjoy how elevated their pieces are and how easy they are to wear. My favorite pieces are the sweatshirt dresses and the cool tunics, but I have a bit of everything. Not an issue, but it does sometimes take a while to get an order...but SO worth the wait!
