A No-Brainer Solution To Insomnia

I happened to read Manohar's book and also happen to work with him.

What really STOOD OUT in the book was his candid nature of how he dealt with insomnia. And he was completely vulnerable in sharing his experiences.

In fact, he has gone a step above and beyond and even documented every little thing he tried that includes articles he read online or youtube videos he watched...

When I worked with Manohar, I understood that MOST insomnia problems are related to psychological issues.

This was a BIG assurance for me that we can sleep in peace with pills.

And that's why he was super confident to make a promise that he will solve issues in 45 days...

Besides, having known for quite some time now, I know how he goes out of the way to help people.

Definitely a no-nonsense sleep coach with a no-brainer offer.

“My Sleepless Nights” a wonderful self help book for the sleep deprived

Loved reading “My Sleepless Nights- A story of victory over insomnia “ Especially all the anecdotes given , stories with analogies and scientific explanations!!

The fact that “more you get obsessed with a thought or fear or pain , the more your brain familiarises with it and harder it becomes to overcome that obsession “ this particular aspect was so well explained by the author in the book with neuroscience, humour and real life examples, the content and context of this book can easily be defined outstanding for self-help !

It’s a must read for anyone who feels sleep deprived!

are u sleepless …… here is the gift

it is a great book written by manohar. Here he had his own life experience, how he overcame his problem of lack of sleep with various scientific methods. This book is a definitive read for all those, who r struggling to get sleep. I wish manohar should write more books in future also and help society with his great writing.

Well-researched and Patient

Manohar cleverly combines the experiences of his own and the vast knowledge obtained from books to suggest best practices to overcome sleep disorders.

He neither delays nor hesitates to talk to anyone with sleep issues at any point of time. What is truly exceptional about him is that he is patient and empathetic while interacting with others. He tries to progress a conversation constructively and presents the other person a chance to freely express his/her ambiguities.

A must-read for everyone!

In his book, Manohar has taken every effort to support those struggling with insomnia. The best part of this book is the simplicity and easy-to-implement strategies, without any scope of procrastination. Even my 10 year old son loved reading parts of this book with me, as Manohar has given intriguing stories, and excerpts from songs.
