Estate agent Ben answered every questions we asked.

Ryan was very hospitable and friendly. Those are the traits to make someone feel comfortable when dealing with an agent. He was genuine and made the deal happen smoothly and efficiently with no struggles which is common amongst other agents.

We had an excellent experience working with Ben from Moving City. He helped us find a fantastic flat in a great location, and his assistance throughout the process was invaluable. Ben was incredibly helpful when it came to filling out all the necessary paperwork, making what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Beyond his professionalism, Ben is genuinely such a nice and friendly guy, which made working with him an absolute pleasure. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agent!

Had a positive experience overall. Ryan, our agent, was polite and even agreed to move out some furniture from a furnished property free of charge which was nice.

I would NEVER recommend this group to anyone looking to rent in London.

We were first pressured into a viewing time slot that suited neither of us. We were told there was nothing earlier and nothing later than the time given only to show up at the viewing to get a phone call that no agent would be arriving to show the viewing.

We met with the residences of the apartment who said we were the very first to view the property.

After putting in our offer, it being accepted and SENDING OVER DEPOSIT MONEY we naturally gave our notice to our current landloard.

Our offer was accepted. The landlord had approved. Forms had been filled out and sent over. Deposit sent. Notice given to current landlord. Only to be sent a WhatsApp message by this agency the following morning to say we were no longer being given the apartment. The offer was now being revoked and that another person had offered more money and therefore our deposit would be sent back.

Not only are we now facing being homeless, there is still no sign of our deposit money and the best we got from Moving City was a "best of luck"

They also use pictures from other properties in the advert. This was NOT the property that was viewed. These pictures are not even an accurate representation. They are from a completely different apartment.

Ironically enough the apartment is still available to rent across all rental websites including Moving City which leads us to believe the fact that we're a same-sex couple is one of the disgusting reasons as to why we have been rejected after handing over everything requested from us to begin with.

Best agent I have experienced in my years of renting.

All issues were promptly fixed, for example:
- Heater issues, they sent someone over same-day on some occasions
- New mattress, got it within a couple working days of the request

The checkout process, including return of deposit was very smooth. My friends find this hard to believe.
