I have been using Lex Blinds for a number of years, I find them reliable and trustworthy and also competitive in price compared to other companies offering the same high quality products. Auris has always been honest about what products I’m best to have for my property and he really knows his stuff so I’m glad I listened to him, if I had ordered what I thought I wanted it would have looked rubbish. Audrius has gone above and beyond when fitting blinds and also when coming back to help when I’ve had issues post fitting, it means a lot when you know a company will come back to fix it if something goes wrong with any products (no fault of Lex, I lost a remote to open and close my blinds), but all the fitters I’ve met have been super helpful - and Sandra in the office is also really lovely and very professional - they are all just really nice people to deal with. I would highly recommend Lex blinds to anyone.

From the initial survey to the customer service and engineers install i cannot praise them enough. Lex Blinds at Loughton were fantastic.
The surveyor was very knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. The office staff Adrian, Samantha and Sandra were brilliant right until the end, plus the engineers who installed the electric blinds did a great job.

This is a big piece of kit. Weighs close to 100kg. In aesthetically pleasing full grey cassette. 6m wide and 2.5m deep. Fitted onto very tidy plates which you don’t notice. We love the cream and grey candy stripe. Many good colours and patterns to choose from. Operated by remote and has an in built wind sensor, which will be useful as we’re next to the Thames. The three guys who fitted it were brilliant. Knew what they were doing, very tidy and organised and paid attention to detail. This will make our balcony into a beautiful alfresco summer space. Thank you all.

We had 2 shutters fitted on round bays. The fitters were able to disguise the window sills being uneven due to the age of the property. They were clean, polite and very professional. They took the time to answer any questions and discussed options with us to really understand what we were after and answer any questions.

My friend recommended Lex Blinds and I'm happy with the service an the quality of products I received. The installation was within the time frame they anticipated and it looks great.
