I had a really positive experience with…
I had a really positive experience with my solicitors, despite what turned out to be an incredibly stressful and drawn-out sale. The buyer was particularly difficult and raised a large number of queries, which meant that (even though it was a no-chain transaction) it took around 7 months to complete.
Throughout all of this, Erin was excellent. She was consistently communicative, kept me updated at every stage, and was always on hand to help whenever needed. None of the delays or frustrations were a reflection on her, she handled everything professionally and efficiently.
I’m very grateful for her support during such a challenging process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely fantastic!
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As first time buyers, the process was totally alien to us but Erin, Anna and all at Lewis Denley made everything so simple and easy to understand. Great Service
Our original solictor went into liquidation 2 days before we were due to complete. Erin not only took on the work but worked hard to get it all sorted and over the line only 3 days later. Amazing service, fantastic communication throughout and very efficient. I highly recommend and will use them again myself.

Excelllent service

Lewis Denley great local conveyancer
We used Lewis Denley for both our house sale and house purchase. Heather and Genevieve were extremely efficient. It was great to use a local conveyancer, easy to drop documents off in person, but they also conducted most of the paperwork through an efficient portal. Others in our chain used online conveyancers which delayed the final stages as we all waited for documents to be couriered , the other companies were hard to contact and didn’t proactively get forms signed and money in place again causing delays. Lewis Denley on the other hand had everything signed well in advance and made it clear when funds were required. They were also very thorough when completing searches on the property purchase. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of moving
