LawnStarter is a great company
LawnStarter is a great company. The people working on the app are fantastic, and the app itself is ingenious. Very helpful for people who can't mow their lawns or don't have the time to. There are so many other features and things to get done on there too, I love this app!

Well my lawn pro started out awesome
Well my lawn pro started out awesome, then we had a few issues. But my main concern was that it has been hard to contact lawn starter the company. They seem to want to add fees to your bill ( tips ECT) without any permission. My bill suddenly went up from 52.00 to 72.00 and then wanted additional fees for included features? First contract states lawn mowing, trimming, weed whacking, blowing . Now it's just lawnmowing trimming for 72.00 per week. 20.00 more with less service? Plus they keep adding tips.

The sudden jump from $52 to $72 with less service included sounds frustrating, and you shouldn't be getting surprise fees or tips added without your okay. Can you shoot me a message with your account details? I'd like to get this straightened out and make sure you're getting the full service that was originally agreed on. We need to do better on the communication side too - being hard to reach isn't acceptable. Thanks for sticking with us through the rough patches and for the honest feedback.
