Willian from Sasquatch Landscaping and Design did a wonderful and detailed job mowing my lawn. He is so neat when he is done the yard looks great. Yard looks great as he takes a care in what it looks like. He picks up the cut lawn and is very good to put it into the green bin.

Lawn Starter showed up when promised and did the work without any problems.
I am happy with Lawn Starter's work and cleanup after the work.

Love the convenience of having lawn stater manage the people who cut the yards. It removes so much stress or worrying if the lawn guy will come or not... it brings back reliability and fair pricing. Thanks Lawn Starter!

Awful customer service. Not sure what I expected. A so call pro with the name "Our Vision Media LLC" decided he didn't want to show up to do actual work. So I messaged lawnstarter. The bot said oh it will be completed by sunset. It's 5:32pm as I type this. I tell you they are just awful. Not happy with the lack of customer service

Excellent mowing service! The lawn looks neat, clean, and professionally done. They arrived on time, paid attention to detail, and left everything looking great. I highly recommend their service!

I would give this company zero stars if that were an option.

As a first-time customer, I expected a basic level of quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst lawn service experiences I’ve had.

After the mowing was completed, grass clippings were left all over my yard, patio, and along my fence line. I had to spend my own time sweeping and cleaning my patio because it was covered in debris. There were also multiple areas of my lawn that were completely missed, making it look as though the job was rushed and incomplete.

At no point before the service was I informed that grass clipping removal (bagging) was an additional charge. Had I been told upfront, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was left with a yard full of clippings and an incomplete mowing job.

When I contacted customer service, I expected them to make the situation right. Instead, I was told I would have to wait three days for someone to return, I would still be charged the full price for the original service, I would also be charged an additional $15 for someone to come back to re-mow and bag the clippings, and they still expected me to remain committed to their required first three mowings. That is completely unacceptable considering the original service was not completed properly.

I expect to pay for quality work, but I should not have to pay extra to have an incomplete job corrected. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, contacting management, and sharing my experience through additional review platforms so other potential customers know what to expect.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Don't work for this company they will rob you of funds after job completion, mis guide you on job details to give a lower pat scale , they will break up booking like bush trimming at the same property into multiple jobs to charge you a services fee multiple times. Everything and anything affects your tier rating even weather or a customer chooses to reschedule is a negative for you.. make it almost impossible to climb the tier system , which they say gives you a waiver of those fees.. they issue refunds weeks after completing with no notice to or explanation, they just randomly take when you cash out a another job , effectively get another booking completion in the process, they will call a job partially completed but instead of a pro related refund they take back the full amount of your pay, while maintaining the funds they collected from the work you do, Do a job costing a customer a total of $65 yog get $31 minus $1.50 for app fees , then refunding it back for a total of $29.50 that you cover the cost of, they will bold print title a job leaf removal job with a pay amount .and in the details after you accept it tell you its a rock removal job which would bring a far higher pay scale a tactic that they use to get the job accepted by a pro , when Noone will take for the low pay when labeled a Rock removal, summit the before and after photo won't matter , they still refund the money , raise a complaint a find yourself deactivated for poaching customers they call it, its a scam business designed to cyphin as much as possible from the pro while keeping them low on tier scale all times , with negative impact from things like weather , or a customer rescheduling there bookkings, they let customer cancel anytime with no payed fee that you receive, if in the middle of doing the yard a customer can cancel it , you dont get payed

I called and made an appt for 2 days later and they got my credit card to hold my service and that I would not be charged until service completed. I called that night to cancel service but unable to cancel on the site. 9:00 next morning I called to cancel due to owner already got someone else and the lady proceeded to tell me that I would owe for the next 3 weeks. When I called yesterday, she said there was no contract and no problem canceling a service. I let her know what she said and that I did not appreciate that and that I would not be referring them to anyone else. She said she was sorry I was not happy and the service would be canceled without charge. Very deceitful

Horrible Contractor service, they don't show up most of the time.
Customer service is even worse, mostly AI if you get a human being they're not even in this country. Worst service I've ever used. I definitely would not recommend it. 

Having no worries about my lawn, knowing that a professional is taken care of everything. The company is great with the customer service and fixing any issues I would recommend.

We’ve used LawnStarter service for two summers and enjoy it. I like that the service is in constant contact through texts to let you know your scheduled services and update you when the lawn care givers are en route. Even after a heavy rain they show up or let you know that the service is being rescheduled. Every team we’ve had has been good. Markese was great, very hardworking. Michael has been here for the last several cuts and he is good too, great professional lawn care.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE - UPPER LEADERSHIP SUCKS. IS A SCAM. DAMAGED MY CAR AND $250 RUG AND CANNOT GIVE PROPER WAY TO PUT IN CLAIM. SCAMMERS RUN AWAY FORM THEM! YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO FILE CLAIM THEY MAKE IT HARD TO FILE IN-APP. HERE IS INSTRUCTION PAGE. SUCKS!

Very efficient workers. Enjoyed the contact with the service providers via messaging to insure work would be performed as expected.

Always on time and does a professional job.

I have been waiting three weeks for my service. Monday will make four weeks. Yet I’m on a two week interval service just to give you an idea of reliability. I wrote a google review on a previous issue like this one a month ago. Issue was never resolved. They came out eventually to cut my grass. Here we are again. I only had one good service between then and now. Back to the same script. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Finally do and they don’t do anything but switch your pro. I’ve been through at least 20 pros since starting this service two months ago. The pros just keep rescheduling until the system switches them. Complete scam. Two months and they’ve cut my grass a total of twice.

Lawn Starter is awesome. They come out when they say they’re going to. They mow your lawn and it looks perfect. You can add on things you know if they’re missing you want like the hillside done or the storm drain done or what not and they just do it and it’s just perfect and I like them.

We had a great experience! He showed up on time, did an excellent job mowing and cleaning up the yard, and everything looked neat and professional when he was finished. It's hard to find someone reliable these days, and they exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable lawn care! 🌿🚜
