James shows up on time and does a Wonderful job. He pays attention to detail and that is so important. I have a large yard and I am very proud of how it looks.

lawnlove.com is full of bull crap. They canceled my account and I haven’t even started a job yet. The representatives are not trained. They don’t know anything they can just close your account for no reason.

Work is always completed on time with no complications they clean up well behind themselves as well thank yo to the staff and thank you for your service

I've been hunting for quality, professional, hard/working lawn/yard/trees/shrubs/weed control...you name it, for two years. Lawn Love sent me Eric who just did a fantastic job on lawn. Where others would cut, blow and go....he did not. Thank you Eric! Thank you Ryan for Lawn Love! I'm retired oncology nurse and fully expect hard working, thorough and caring professionals in my life no matter the endeavor. Delivered!! Appreciate it so much.

The guys do a great job they clean up behind themselves. They’re expedient and respectful.

J that works for lawn love is very undependable . Half of the time he never shows up. I would not recommend him or lawn love. They can not get qualified people to do your lawn. Customer service sucks even if they will answer you. Piss poor company. I only give them a 1 because you can’t give a zero

They have been a no show 3 out of 4 appointments. My yard is now a jungle. Ill have to pay a fortune when I finally get it cut .

The yard looks very good, and the Pro is so far very reasonably priced. I am having some difficulty in getting a regular Pro assigned to me and communication is difficult, but the latest Pro who has done the work did a great job.

My pro does a great job and is always on time. I wish they would edge my driveway and sidewalks as advertised, but all around good job.

He came when he said he would and was even a little early. Did a good job!

The service was easy to use. Lawn care providers were great. The services were excellent. Communication with providers excellent. House was sold and recommended Lawn Love to the new owners.

Lawn Love attached my phone number, email, and credit card to someone else’s name and address. They texted me that my lawn service was completed, but nothing was done at my home because the work was performed at a completely different property. When I called, they told me I wasn’t even on the account—despite using my contact information and billing my card.

I told them not to charge me for services I never received. They charged me anyway.

They then told me they “now have to listen to the recorded call.” When I asked why that wasn’t done when I first reported the issue, they had no explanation. Their system allowed my personal information to be tied to a stranger’s account, they performed work at the wrong address, and they billed me for it.

This company is careless, incompetent, and a rip-off. Avoid them.
