De thuisbezorging in Nederland werd uitstekend uitgevoerd. Het in elkaar zetten van de kasten blijkt erg eenvoudig, maar je moet wel even doorkrijgen hoe het werkt. Kewlox is echt een mooi systeem zonder zonder schroeven of lijm. Wel moet je wat geduld en kracht hebben om de houten latten in de staanders krijgen. Het materiaal is mooi. En dat alles voor een betaalbare prijs. Zeer tevreden met mijn Kewlox kasten!
This review is about my experience ordering additional parts for a piece of furniture I bought three years ago, not about the quality of their furniture.
On January 11, 2026 I contacted Kewlox about how to order an additional shelf for a bookshelf I purchased about three years ago as this is not a spare part I could order on their website. I wanted to add it to the new order I was about to place. On January 13, I sent another message asking for a response to the original message. On January 14, I placed my order because I needed the furniture around mid February. On Jan. 19 I received an invoice email from Kewlox that said "N'hésitez pas à nous contacter si vous avez des questions" and I responded on Jan. 21 asking again how to order the parts I needed hoping that someone will help me this way. Still no response. I followed up one more time on Feb. 8 asking for a response to my original message. Someone named Alain Vaneyken responded only that "In response to your enquiry, yes, it is possible to order spare parts." When I asked how to do this, I received no response, and yet my ticket was marked as "solved."
This is shocking and incomprehensible for a company whose main selling point is sustainable furniture that adapts with you and which encourages you to contact its team to order the parts that cannot be ordered online. Know that you're not buying "a customisable and configurable system that adapts to your style and taste" because no one will help you customize your Kewlox furniture when you need it.
I would expect such unprofessional and amateurish service from some Chinese scam, not from a serious European company that markets itself as "an icon of Belgian design." Shameful. I have recommended Kewlox in the past and now I really regret doing so.

Kewlox fait de très beaux meubles et de qualité.
Mais, si vous aimez être traité comme dans un administration communale des années 80' c'est au showroom d'Eghezée qu'il faut aller !
On a vraiment l'impression d'ennuyer la personne de l'accueil, pas de bonjour, un geste commercial si on achète pour plusieurs milliers d'euros n'y penser même pas ! Vivement que cette société rentre dans le 21ème siècle, leurs produits le méritent !!!

Parfait, de la conception à l'emballage, en passant par la découpe. Jamais de mauvaise surprise. Tout est millimétré. Matériaux solides. Un accueil chaleureux, peu d'attente sur place.
Le vendeur, conseiller est très sympathique et compétent. Il connaît très bien ses produits et ses conseils sont très judicieux. Le seul point négatif chez Kewlox, c’est la livraison à domicile qui est beaucoup trop cher.
Samenstellen van een kast via de website verloopt probleemloos. Erg handig zelfs. Daarna bestellen gaat makkelijk. Op vragen volgt er snel en vriendelijk antwoord.
De kast zelf is weer erg fraai. In elkaar zetten blijf ik lastig vinden en moet je zeer geconcentreerd doen, een fout is zo gemaakt. Maar, de belonging is er dan ook!
De reden dat ik geen 5 sterren geeft is dat het verzenden van een vrij kleine kast naar Nederland wel heel erg duur is; in mijn geval ruim €120! Voor een hele grote kast kan ik dat nog begrijpen, voor de twee kleine pakjes die ik had besteld niet.
Dus maar zelf opgehaald in Antwerpen.
Voor de rest blijf ik enthousiast over de Kewloxkasten.
ik ken kewlox al lang, anders is het waarschijnlijk wel wat puzzelen om online te bestellen en ook om de meubels te monteren. Desgewenst kan je altijd hulp vragen. Er was twijfel of ik alles wel correct had besteld en een medewerker mailde me om mijn bestelling te verifiëren - als dat geen service is.
Zeer vriendelijk en deskundig geholpen. Zowel bij het bezoek aan de winkel, als bij het telefonische contact
Je connais la marque depuis longtemps, j'ai des meubles que j'ai montés, démontés et remontés plusieurs fois et j'ai toujours été satisfait! Il y a lieu de bien lire les instructions lors d'un premier montage, d'être patient ou de demander l'aide d'une personne qui s'y connait
Bonjour, je me suis rendu au magasin Kewlox d’Eghezée ce lundi matin. J’ai été super bien accueilli par une charmante dame qui m’a donné de très bons conseils pour assembler mon armoire. Si je pouvais donner 10 étoiles ⭐️, je le ferais. Encore merci. ☺️
Meubles très difficiles à configurer et monter soi-même, de plus le prix est exorbitant si vous demandez un montage via la société.
