We hired a Suzuki swift from Queenstown NZ
The car was old and it was of poor quality
Rust, front bumper cracked and chips and dings throughout the exterior
Nice young guy serving us but
They were understaffed when collecting the car and it was a long process
I regularly hire cars on my holidays but I would definitely not recommend this brand

Nous sommes juste déçu du manque d'entretien de la part des mécaniciens car le 2eme jour nous étions en panne la batterie du véhicule était morte
Le adblue quasiment vide
Elle n'avait pas été testée dommage
Puis le frigo
Sinon une belle expérience et à refaire

The staff when you first get to juicy are really polite and friendly,They make the check in process fast and efficient,so that your on your adventure as quick as possible.

在JUCY租车后取车很方便，服务人员（柯比）耐心细致的介绍了车辆各种设备及注意事项，为房车之旅打下了很好的基础。车辆非常干净，性能可靠，车龄较长但保养维修的很好，驾驶有安全感。我租的这辆车虽较小但功能齐全，吃住行都沒什么大问题。这是一次很好的租车体验，特别是服务比较满意。

Si je n'avais pas été victime d'un accident de voiture, j'aurais mis 4 ou 5 étoiles:
5* pour l'accompagnement de Michael Lancelin
4* pour le Jucy Crib Plus qui correspondait vraiment à nos besoins avec deux couchages indépendants (je voyageais avec mon fils de 24 ans une bonne partie du trip) et qui est très bien équipé pour un roadtrip même si les véhicules sont vieillissants
Mais pour l'assistance et le suivi du contentieux, Campervan Finder mérite 0 *. Le 1/3/2026, nous avons pris possession du véhicule. Aucun contrat de location ne nous a été fourni malgré notre demande. Nous n'avions pas pris l'assurance de Campervan disposant de notre assurance de carte bancaire et de notre compagnie d'assurance de notre véhicule. Le 17/03/2026 à 7h15, j'ai été percutée par un gros 4*4 qui roulait vite et ne m'a pas vue alors que je me rangeais sur le bas côté. Le véhicule a été propulsé sur 7 à 8 mètres dans des buissons et n'était plus roulant. J'ai attendu plus de 6 heures au soleil l'arrivée du dépannage. L'agence de Perth m'avait promis un nouveau véhicule mais à mon arrivée au dépôt, vers 17h, l'agence était fermée. N'ayant pas de solution de logement sur Perth, j'ai demandé à dormir dans le véhicule. j'ai été délogée vers 22h et on m'a sommé de prendre un hôtel à mes frais. Le lendemain, on m'a demandé de payer les 3000 dollars de franchise bien que n'étant pas responsable en m'indiquant que je les récupérerai dès remboursement de l'assurance de l'auteur de l'accident. Deux mois après, je n'ai toujours rien reçu et le service de contentieux m'indique son incapacité à résoudre le dossier. J'ai donc sollicité le service du contentieux pour récupérer les documents nécessaires au remboursement par mon assurance et notamment le contrat de location comportant les dégâts du véhicule avant et après.Apres de nombreuses relances j’ai été remboursée deux mois après le sinistre .

Perfect Service and had no Problem with the car

It was super quick and easy to rent a car. The car was nice and clean and it was overall a really quick experience. Typically with car rental companies there always some sort of 'gotcha', but there weren't any with Jucy. The insurance was reasonably priced.

Ease of setup and drivability. I’m 183cm tall and I fit easily in the smallest van. It was a 2003 van but everything worked.

This is my second van with JUCY and I would definitely recommend it.
Registration process is smooth and when you drop off the van, they don’t rush you to leave, you can chill there for a bit until you figure out where to go

I had a really good experience overall. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and the pickup process was quick and easy. The car was clean and well presented when I picked it up, which made the whole experience even better. Everything was straightforward and efficient, and I would definitely use the service again.

Once we received the campervan, the staff was incredibly helpful in helping to plan our roadtrip, offering honest and valuable opinions regarding different destinations. He also was thorough in his instruction and explanation of how the campervan works. While I don’t exactly remember how to spell his name, the gentleman in Auckland whose name started with a K was so kind and we are grateful to him for helping make our trip to New Zealand as wonderful as it was!
